Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde ön ödemeli taksitle satış sözleşmesinin tanımı, unsurları ve hukukî niteliği; üçüncü bölümünde benzer diğer sözleşmeler ile karşılaştırılması; dördüncü bölümünde çeşitleri; beşinci bölümünde hükümleri; altıncı bölümünde görevli, yetkili mahkeme ile tahkim ve son bölümünde sona ermesi incelen- miştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The contract of hire purchase with advance payment is put in order clearly in the Code of Obligations no 6098 differently from the former Code of Obligations no 818. The definition, the ele- ments and the legal characteristic of the contract is analyzed at the second chapter of the study. After that, the comparison of the cont- ract with the other similar contracts is explained at the third chap- ter. Then, the species of the contract are described at the fourth chapter. And the provisions of the contract are researched at the fifth chapter. Moreover, the competence, the venue and the arbit- ration is analyzed at the sixth chapter. Finally, the termination of the contract is depicted at the last chapter. | en_US |
