Özet
Bu çalışmada, Türkiye' de yayılış gösteren Silene caramanica ve Silene küçüködükii türlerinin anatomik ve morfolojik özellikleri belirlendi ve karşılaştırıldı. Morfolojik çalışmada türlerin; gövde, yaprak ve çiçek kısımlarının ölçümleri yapıldı ve tablolar halinde verildi. Anatomik incelemeler de ise, her iki türün kök, gövde ve yapraklarından, mikrotom ve el ile kesitler alınarak boyandı ve daimi preparatlar haline getirildi. Daha sonra kameralı mikroskop yardımıyla bu preparatların fotoğrafları çekildi ve ayrıntılı anatomik incelemeleri yapıldı. Bitkilerin yapraklarından yüzeysel kesitler alınarak stoma özellikleri incelendi ve stoma indeksi hesaplandı.
In this study, was determined and was compared the anatomical and morphological properties of endemic Silene caramanica and Silene küçüködükii species which belong to family of Caryophyllaceae. In morphological studies of these species; were measured parts of stem, leaves, flower and fruit and given in tables. In anatomical investigations of these two species were taken section from root, stem, leaves by microtom and hand. These sections were painted and were made constant slide. After that it were taken photograph of these slides with assist of microscobe which has camera. Were examined stomatal characteristics by section taken superficial from these plants leaves and was calculated stomatal index.
