Özet
Bu çalışma evlilik ve toplumsal cinsiyet bağlamında sosyolojik olarak önemli bir araştırmadır. Söz konusu çalışmada sosyoloji açısından önemli olan aile, evlilik, mahremiyet ve toplumsal cinsiyet kavramlarına ışık tutulmuştur. Geleneksel Türk aile yapısının karakterinden ve evlilik kurumunun genel yapısından bahsedilmiştir. Ayrıca toplumsal cinsiyet kavramı ve kuramlar üzerine teorik bilgiler sunulmuştur. Bu noktada Türkiye'de yayınlanan evlilik programlarının işleyişi ve özellikleri üzerinde durularak toplum tarafından empoze edilmeye çalışılan cinsiyet kalıplarından bahsedilmiştir. Popüler olan evlilik programları bir sezon boyunca izlenerek notlar tutulmuş daha sonra internet ortamında tekrar izlenerek konuşmalar yorumlanarak yazıya aktarılmıştır. Konunun netleştirilmesi için diyalogların yanı sıra çeşitli literatür araştırmaları da yapılarak çalışma desteklenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgu ve yorumlardan yola çıkılarak evlilik programlarının kadın ve erkeklere yönelik kalıplaşmış toplumsal cinsiyet algıları oluşturduğu fikri ortaya çıkarılmıştır.
This study is sociologically important research in terms of marriage and gender. This study shed light on the concepts of family, marriage, privacy and gender which are important in terms of sociology. The character of the traditional Turkish family structure of the marriage insitution are mentioned. In addition, theortical information on the concept of gender and therories are presented. By this point, society will focus on the operation and characteristic of marriages have been mentionet in the program publieshed in Turkey it worked to impose gender stereotyoes. Marriage programs which are popular were followed during a season and then again watches and speaks commenting notes were taken over the internet and tranposed. In addition to the dialogues for clarification of the subject various literatüre researches were also supporter. Based on the findings and comments obtained. The idea that marriage programs constitute stereotypical gender perceptions towards women and men has been revealed.
