Objective: Although there are many studies of uterovaginal anomalies, the papers about computerized topography (CT) and/or ultrasonography (US) imagines of these anomalies are few. Here, we describe three cases with uteruvaginal anomaly imaged with CT and/or US. Case report: Hematometrocolpos, hematocolpos and hematosalpingometrocolpos result from the obstruction of the genital tractus. The obstruction causes an accumulation of menstrual blood and products of cervical mucous glands in the vagina, uterus and salpinxs. The and/or US findings of 3 cases with uterovaginal anomaly were reviewed. The lesion was due to an imperforated hymen in two cases and due to partial obstruction in the ostium vagina in one case. CT/ US showed fluid accumulation in the vagina in all of three cases, in uterus in two cases and in salpinxs in one case. Conclusion: US and CT provide valuable anatomic and diagnostic information about uteruvaginal anomalies.
