Özet
Nazar konusunu Kur'an'a arz ettigimizde, Kur'an'ın temel ilkeleriyle çelismemektedir. Bununla beraber Kur'an-ı Kerim'de göz degmesi anlamında ?nazar? kavramı açıkça geçmemektedir. Fakat müfessirlerin çogunlugu tarafından nazar degmesine isaret ettigi belirtilen; Yusuf suresi 67. ayeti, Kalem suresi 51. ayeti, Kehf suresi 39. ayeti ve Felak suresi bulunmaktadır. Hz. Peygamber (s.a.v.)in hadis-i serifleri vermektedir. Fakat Hz. Peygamber (s.a.v.)den gelen bu rivayetler de tevatür derecesine ulasamamıs ahad rivayetlerdir. Meseleyi kelami açıdan inceledigimizde ise, nazar degmesi, itikadi bir hüküm ifade edecek sekilde ?sübutu kat'i, manaya delaleti kat'i? olarak Kur'an ve Hz. Peygamber (s.a.v.)in sünnetinde yer almamaktadır. Ancak sahih hadislerde açıkça yer almasından dolayı nazar degmesi ehl-i sünnet âlimleri arasında genel kabul görmüs bir konudur.
When we presented the topic of evil eye to Koran, it conflicts with the basic principles of of Koran. Nevertheless, the concept of ?evil eye? that means being affected by the evil eye is not expressly mentioned in Koran, but there are Verse 67 of Surah Yusuf, Verse 51 of Surah Qalem and Verse 39 of Surah Kehf and also Surah Felaq where being affected by the evil eye is determined to be pointed out by most of the interpretors. And in the sunna of Hz Mohammad (pbuh), there are clear and net knowledges regarding the concept of ?the evil eye? that means being affected by the evil eye and about how the evil eye influences and what to do to be protected from the evil eye. Therefore, Hz Prophet?s (pbuh) hadiths give us the clearest and the most accurate knowledges about the evil eye, but these rumours coming from Hz Prophet?s (pbuh) are ahad rumours that could not reach the level of tevatur. When we examined the topic in respect of word, being affected by the evil eye takes place in Koran and in the sunna of Hz Prophet?s (pbuh) as absolute signification that?s an absolute proof in the way that it would mention any faithful decision. But as it expressly takes place in good hadiths, being affacted by the evil eye is a generally recognized subject among the scholars of faithful friends.
