Özet
Bu çalışmada fabrika beslemelerindeki harmonikler, çeşitli yöntemlerle incelenmiş ve sistem için gerekli pasif filtre tasarlanarak uygunluğu tesiste denenmiştir. Elektrik tesislerinde, çeşitli sebeplerden dolayı sinüs biçimindeki akım ve gerilimin dalga şeklini bozan harmonikler meydana gelir. Fabrikalarda, güç transformatörü ile kompanzasyon kondansatörlerinin paralel rezonans oluşturması harmonik bozunumunu artırır. Harmonikler elektrik makinelerinde, enerji tesisinin çeşitli elemanlarında, elektronik cihazlarda vb. birçok alanda çeşitli kayıplara, arızalara ve hasara neden olurlar. Fabrikalar harmonik filtrelemede genellikle seri reaktörlü pasif filtre kullanmaktadır. Seri reaktörlü pasif filtre, transformatör ile kondansatörler arasındaki paralel rezonans frekansını değiştirerek harmonik bozunum oranını azaltır. Bu çalışmada fabrika beslemelerindeki harmonikler, 3 farklı yöntemle incelenmiştir. Bu yöntemler, harmonik analizörü ile fabrika girişindeki orta gerilim ve alçak gerilim baralarından yapılan ölçümler, MATLAB programı ile yapılan simülasyon ve tesisin tek hat şeması çıkarılarak yapılan matematiksel hesaplamadır. Bu 3 yöntemin sonuçları karşılaştırıldığında gerçek ölçümle aralarında çok küçük farklılıklar olduğu görülmüştür. Bu sonuçlara göre herhangi bir tesisin harmonik analizi, 3 yöntemden biri ile yapılarak uygun filtre tasarlanabileceği gösterilmiştir.
In this study, harmonics in factory supply were analyzed with various methods and a passive filter which is required for system was designed and examined in the factory. In electrical systems, harmonics disrupting sinusoidal current and voltage waveform occur. In the factories, parallel resonance of power transformer with compensation capacitors increase harmonic distortion. Harmonics cause various losses, fault, and damages in many areas such as various components of energy system, and electronic equipments. Factories usually use passive filter with serial reactor to filter harmonics. The passive filter with serial reactor decrease harmonic distortion by changing parallel resonance frequency between transformer and capacitors. In this study, harmonics in factory supply were analyzed with 3 different methods. These methods are measurements from low voltage and medium voltage busbars in factory supply with harmonic analyzer, simulation with Matlab software, and mathematical computations by taking one-line diagram of the factory. It was observed that there was very little difference between results of 3 methods and real measurements. According to these results, it was shown that appropriate filter can be designed by analyzing harmonics of any factory with one of the 3 methods.
