dc.description.abstractHaber fotoğraflarının niteliğini, haber fotoğrafı seçiminde kullanılan kriterler belirlemektedir. Haber fotoğrafı seçiminde kullanılan kriterlerin belirlenmesi ve tanımlanmasının, hem haber fotoğrafı seçiminin daha başarılı yapılabilmesini hem de fotoğraf çeken kişilerden, çekimde neler beklendiğinin belirtilebilmesine, dolayısıyla da haber fotoğrafı üretim sürecindeki başarının arttırılabilmesine olanak sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde yerel basının önemi, yeri ve işleyişi üzerinde durularak Türkiye'deki yerel basın hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise bir iletişim aracı olan fotoğraf ve temel yapısal özellikleri ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın üçüncü bölümünde ise Van Yerel Basınının Haber fotoğrafını oluşturan öğeler açısından haberlerin doğruluğu ve etkisi üzerinde durulurken fotoğrafın haberi yansıtıp yansıtmadığını belirlemek için Van Yerel Basınından İki Nisan ve Şark Yıldızı Gazeteleri üzerinde inceleme yapılmıştır. Gazetelerin 16 Eylül 2002 - 16 Ekim 2002 tarihleri arasındaki nüshaları incelenerek, bu gazetelerin ilk sayfalarındaki haber fotoğraflarının önemi içerik çözümlemesinin sayısallaştırma ve konulaştırma yöntemiyle ortaya konmaya çalışılırken haber fotoğrafçılığındaki başarının arttırılabilmesi için hangi çalışmaların yapılması gerektiği saptanmaya çalışılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe ciriterions which are used in choosing the news photographs, define the quality of the news photografhes. It is thought that defining the criterions which are used in choosing the news photografhes, make possible to make choosing the news photografhes more succesfull, and pointing out the espactations of the photografhes, and by help of them, it will be possible to increase the success in production time of news photografhes. In the first part of the study, the importance, the place and the function of t he 1 ocal p res h as b een h old a nd t he i nformation a bout t he I ocal p ress o f Turkey has been told. In the second part, the photografh which is an mean of commication and its features has been taken up. In the third part of the study, the truth of the news in Van Local Press and its effects has been told. And it has been examined that if the photografhes reflects the news or not. And The newspaper: "İki Nisan and "Şark Yıldızı" has been examined. The newspapers, pages between 16th September 2002 and 16th October 2002 has been examined and It is tries to fix what kind of Works must be done to increase the success of news photographes, when the importance of the first, pages are tired to bring up by the metheds of numerical series and classifyin the subject in the analyisis of the content.en_US
