| dc.description.abstract | Hadisler, isnad sisteminin vücuda geldiği ilk asırlardan itibaren nesilden nesile sağlam bir şekilde aktarılmış, bu gayretin sonucu olarak ciddi bir külliyâtın temelleri atılmıştır. Hicrî ilk üç asır bu açıdan önem arz etmekte, ilk üç asır muhaddislerinin hayatları ve eserleri araştırılarak bu dönemin sonraki dönemleri nasıl etkilediğini görmek gerekmektedir. Saîd b. Ebî Arûbe Hz. Peygamber'in taltif ettiği en hayırlı nesillerin son kuşağı olan tebeü't-tâbiîn'den olup Basra'da hadisleri ilk defa konularına göre tasnif eden fakîh muhaddislerdendir. Muhaddislerin çoğunluğuna göre sika olarak tanınan İbn Ebî Arûbe Katâde'nin en önemli öğrencilerindendir. Böyle önemli bir konumda olan bir hadis âliminin hayatını, özellikle hadisçiliği bağlamında ortaya koyduğu ilmî şahsiyetini ve Kitâbu'l-Menâsik adlı eseri çerçevesinde rivayet ettiği hadisleri incelemek; rivayetlerin sened ve metin açısından merfu, mevkuf ve maktu olarak tespitinin yapılarak; sahih, hasen, zayıf şeklinde sıhhat durumlarını ortaya koymak araştırmanın esasını teşkil etmektedir. Kitâbu'l-Menâsik'te yer alan 163 rivayetin Kütüb-i Sitte'de geçenleri kapsam dışı tutularak konu başlıkları oluşturulmuş, rivayetler bu başlıklar altında tahlil ve tahriç edilmiş, Saîd b. Ebî Arûbe'nin daha çok Katâde'den rivayet ettiği hadislerin merfu, mevkuf, maktu ve mürsel olanları belirlenmeye çalışılmış, sayısal verilerle kaç rivayetin merfu, mevkuf, maktu ve mürsel olduğu tablolar halinde verilmiş, hangi raviden kaç rivayetin geldiği tespit edilmiş, kaynağı bulunamayan rivayetler ve ravisi meçhulü'l-ayn olan rivayetler tablolar halinde gösterilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Hadithes were transferred from generation to generation as a steady after they formed from first centuries; result of this effort has developed bases of an important collected works. In this respect, first three of the Hegira is very important, life and works of first three scientists should be searched at this period that how affects next periods. Saîd b. Ebî Arûbe who is a tabiun praised by The Prophet classified hadits for the first time at Basra as one of the hadit scientists. According to most hadit scientists, İbn Ebî Arûbe named as ?sika? is one of the very important students of Qatada. The life of a hadit scientist like being an important position, especially his scientific personality that he formed as a hadit scholar and the authenticity of the accounts in terms of text and their chain in Saîd b. Ebî Arûbe?s book named ?Kitâbu?l-Menâsik?, whether they are rejected, mawquf or truncated narration and determining if these accounts have got mawquf ways or not in basic hadith sources constitutes the basis of our study. In this study, a hundred and sixty three accounts excepted in Kütüb-i Sitte (Six major Hadith collections) were sorted by subject titles, examined and removed provisions from them and Saîd b. Ebî Arûbe?s the accounts taken from Qatada were intented to determine whether they were mawquf, rejected or truncated narration and given as tables, how many hadithes were narrated and by whom, accounts which has not sources were given as tables. | en_US |
