Özet
Bu çalısmada çıkıs maddesi olarak kullanılan simetrik dialdehitlerden tereftaldehit hariç diger dialdehitler [4,4'-diformilbifenil, bis(4-formilfenil)eter ve bis(4- formilfenil)disülfür] literatürlere göre sentezlendi. Dialdehitler ile hidroksil amonyum hidroklorürün bazik ortamda alkol çözeltisi içerisindeki reaksiyonundan oksim bilesikleri [tereftalaldoksim, 4,4'-bifenildialdoksim, bis(4-formaldoksim fenil)eter ve bis(4- formaldoksimfenil)disülfür] elde edildi. Daha sonra bu oksim bilesiklerinin CHCl3 veya CCl4 ile çözeltileri içerisinden klor gazı geçirilerek tereftalohidroksamoil klorür, 4,4'- bis(fenilhidroksamoil klorür), 4,4'-bis(fenil hidroksamoil klorür)eter ve 4,4'- bis(fenilhidroksamoil klorür)disülfür bilesikleri sentezlendi. p-substitüe aromatik hidroksamoil klorürlerin bazı simetrik amin bilesikleri ile reaksiyonundan, polibenzazol (polibenzoksazol ve polibenzimidazol) bilesikleri elde edildi. Bu orjinal kimyasal metotla elde edilen polibenzazol bilesikleri uygun saflastırma metodlarıyla saflastırıldı. Dialdehit, oksim, hidroksamoil klorür ve polimerlerin yapıları Logaritmik Viskozite Sayısı, Elemental Analiz, FT-IR, 1H-NMR, LC-Mass ve DTG-TGA teknikleri ile aydınlatıldı. Polimerlerin doplanmıs hallerinin iletkenlikleri four-prob teknigi kullanılarak ölçüldü ve Gouy terazisi ile yapılan ölçümlerden polimerlerin bipoloron yapıda iletme mekanizmasına sahip oldukları belirlendi. Ayrıca, polimerlerin korozyona karsı dayanıklılıgı ve adhezyon özellikleri de incelendi.
In this study, except terephtaldehyde the others dialdehydes [4,4'- diformylbiphenyl, bis(4-formylphenyl)ether and bis(4-formylphenyl)disulfide] have been synthesized as in literature. Oxime compounds [terephthalaldoxime, 4,4'- biphenylendialdoxime, bis(4-formaldoximpheny)ether and bis(4-formaldoxim pheny)disülfide] were obtained by the reaction of dialdehyde compounds and hydroxylaminohydrochloride in alcohol solution. After that terephthalohydroxamoyl chloride, 4,4'-bis(phenylhydroxamoyl chloride), 4,4'-bis(phenylhydroxamoyl chloride)ether and 4,4'- bis(phenylhydroxamoyl chloride)disulfide were synthesized by passing Cl2 gas through CHCl3 or CCl4 solutions of this oxime compounds. Polybenzazol (polybenzoxazole and polybenzimidazole) compounds obtained by the reaction between p-substitute aromatic hydroxamoylchlorides with some symmetric amin compounds (3,3'-dihydroxybenzidine, 3,3'-diaminobenzidine and 1,2,4,5-tetraaminobenzene). Poly(benzazole) compounds obtained with original chemical methods were izoleted. Dialdehyde, oxime, hydroxamoyl chloride and polymers were characterized by inherent viscosity, Elemental Analyses, IR, , 1H-NMR, LC-Mass and DTG-TGA. Conductivity measurements of the doped polymer were performed using a four probe method and from the Gouy balance magnetic measurements it was found that polymers were bipolaron conducting mechanism. And then adhesion and resistant against corrosion properties of synthesized polymers were examined.
