dc.description.abstract6331 sayılı Kanunda 4.4.2015 tarih ve 6645 sayılı Kanunla yapılan değişiklik ile iş güvenliği uzmanları ve işyeri hekimlerinin Çalışma ve Sosyal Güvenlik Bakanlığının ilgili birimine yaptıkları bildirim nedeniyle iş sözleşmelerinin feshi halinde bir yıllık sözleşme ücreti kadar tazminat ödeneceği hüküm altına alınmıştır. Bu düzenleme ile iş sağlığı ve güvenliği profesyonellerine mesleki güvence sağlanması amaçlanmıştır. Hükmün iş güvencesi kapsamına giren ve girmeyen işçiler bakımdan ya da OSGB tarafından çalıştırılan iş güvenliği uzmanı/işyeri hekimi açısından nasıl uygulanacağı belirsizdir. Ayrıca bu tazminatın iş güvencesi ve kötüniyet tazminatları ile birlikte istenip istenmeyeceği hususu da açık değildir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIt is ensured that occupationalsafety specialists and occupational physicians report to the relevant department of theMinistry of Labour and social security due in case of termination of theiremployment contract, compensation must be paid in a one-year contract fee withchanges made by 04.04.2015 date, Law No. 6645 and the Law No. 6331. It isdetermined that providing professional assurance occupational health and safetyprofessionals with this regulation. it is unclear how it will be implementedfor workers within the scope of job security, workers are not covered by job security and occupationalsafety specialists and occupational physicians are worked by OSGB (Public Health and Safety Unit).In addition, It is not clear that compensationis whether torequire with job security compensation and compensationfor bad faith damages.en_US
