| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma, bıldırcınlarda deneysel aflatoksikosise karşı biyolojik korunma yöntemlerinin ortaya konulabilmesi için yürütülmüştür. lk denemede, deneysel aflatoksikosise karşı (5 ppm AF) yumurtlayan bıldırcınlarda yumurta verim özelliklerinin (yumurta verimi, yumurta ağırlığı, yem tüketimi ve yem değerlendirme katsayısı) belirlenebilmesi için 45 günlük yaşta ,100 adet yumurtlayan bıldırcın, 5 hafta süreyle yoğurt, kekik uçucu yağı, tanen ve ekmek mayası içeren rasyonlarla yemlenmişlerdir. lk denemenin sonuçlarına göre, yumurtlayan bıldırcınlarda diyetsel aflatoksin problemine karşı en etkin biyolojik korunma yöntemleri kekik uçucu yağı, yoğurt veya ekmek mayası olmuştur. kinci denemede ise; deneysel aflatoksikosise karşı (5 ppm AF) besi performans özelliklerinin (canlı ağırlık kazancı, yem tüketimi ve yem değerlendirme katsayısı) belirlenebilmesi için karışık cinsiyette ve 10 günlük yaşta 100 adet bıldırcın, 5 hafta süreyle yoğurt, kekik uçucu yağı, tanen ve ekmek mayası içeren rasyonlarla yemlenmişlerdir. lk denemeye benzer şekilde, ikinci denemede de besiye alınan bıldırcınlarda diyetsel aflatoksin problemine karşı en etkin muameleler kekik uçucu yağı, yoğurt veya ekmek mayası olmuştur. Her iki deneme sonucunda da, diyetsel aflatoksin problemine karşı tanen uygulaması etkisiz bulunmuştur. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This experiment?s aim was to examine the effects of biological constituents such as thyme oil, tannin, yoghurt or yeast on dietary aflatoxin problem in both growing and laying quails. Firstly, the effects on egg production traits such as egg production, egg weight, feed intake and feed conversion ratio of thyme oil (0.2%), tannin (0.1%), yoghurt (1%) or yeast (0.2%) additions into diets containing 5 ppm total aflatoxin were determined in laying quails (45-d-old) during five weeks. According to the results of this first trial, the most protective treatments were thyme oil, yoghurt or yeast. Secondly, the effects on growth characteristics such as feed intake, live weight gain and feed conversion ratio of thyme oil (0.2%), tannin (0.1%), yoghurt (1%) or yeast (0.2%) additions into diets containing 5 ppm total aflatoxin were determined in growing quails (unsexed, 10-d-old) during five weeks. Similarly to the results of first experiment, the most effective treatments were thyme oil, yoghurt and yeast. According to the results of these trials; while thyme oil, yoghurt or yeast were found as the most protective and effective treatments, but tannin was found as most unprotective and uneffective treatment against dietary aflatoxin problem in both growing and laying quails. | en_US |
