| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada Niğde Devlet Hastanesi ve bir özel tıbbi tahlil laboratuarında Mart 1997 - Haziran 1997 tarihleri arasında yapılan boğaz kültürlerinden izole edilen 298 Staphylococcus susu kullanıldı. İzole edilen bütün Staphylococcus suşları biyokimyasal ve morfolojik yapılarına göre S. aureus 202 (%67,8), S. saprophyticus 30 (%10.1), S. epidermidis 18 (%6.0), S. Simulans 15 (%5.0), S. haemolyticus 10 (%3.4), S. warnerid (%3.0), S. cohniiG (%2.0), S. hominis 5 (%1.7), S. capitis 2 (%0.7), S. intermedius 1 (%0.3) olarak tiplendirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, S. aureus'un diğer Staphylococcus türlerine göre bulunma oranı daha fazla saptanmıştır (%67.8). | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, 298 Staphylococcus strains were isolated from throat culture, between March 1997 and June 1997 at the state Hospital of Niğde and at a special medical analysis laboratory. The isolated Staphylococcus strains were classified according to their biochemical and morphological properties. The isolated strains vere identified as follows : S. aureus 202 (67.8%), S. saprophyticus 30 (10.1%), S. epldermidis 18 (6.0%), S. simulans 15 (5.0%), S. haemolyticus 10 (3.4%), S. warneriQ (3.0%), S. cohnii'6 (2.0%), S. huminls 5 (1.7%), S. capitis 2 (0.7%), S. intermedius 1 (0.3%). Percentange of S. aureus were higher than other S. species (67.8%). | en_US |
