Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, öğretmen algılarına göre ilköğretim okul yöneticilerinin etik liderlik davranışlarını gösterme düzeylerinin çeşitli değişkenler (Cinsiyet, Öğrenim Durumu, Mesleki Kıdem, Okuldaki Öğretmen Sayısı) açısından incelenmesidir. Veri toplama aracı olarak, Yılmaz (2005)'ın geliştirmiş olduğu Etik Liderlik Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada kullanılan ölçek, iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, ölçekle ilgili genel açıklamalar ve araştırmaya katılan öğretmenlere ilişkin bilgi formu; ikinci bölümde ise ilköğretim okul yöneticilerinin etik davranışlarını değerlendirmeye yönelik 44 soru yer almaktadır. Konya ili merkez Selçuklu, Karatay, Meram İlçelerindeki ilköğretim okullarında görevli öğretmenler araştırmanın evrenini oluşturmaktadır. İlköğretim okulu yöneticilerinin etik liderlik davranış gösterme düzeyleri ile ilgili olarak ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan 522 örneklem grubunu oluşturan öğretmene ölçek uygulanmış ancak bunlardan 460 öğretmene ait ölçek değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Araştırmanın alt problemlerini,öğretmen görüşlerine göre ilköğretim okulu yöneticilerinin etik liderlik davranış gösterme düzeyleri nedir? Etik liderlik davranış gösterme düzeyleri ile ilgili olarak öğretmenlerinin görüş ve değerlendirmeleri öğretmenlerin, cinsiyetlerine, mesleki kıdemlerine öğrenim durumlarına, okuldaki öğretmen sayısına göre anlamlı bir farklılık gösterip göstermediği oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verilerinin çözümlenmesinde ise standart sapma, frekans, aritmetik ortalama , yüzde, t testi, varyans analizi, tukey testinden faydalanılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan öğretmenlerin görüşlerine göre ilköğretim okulu yöneticilerinin etik liderliğin iletişimsel etik, örgütsel karar vermede etik, davranışsal etik boyutundaki davranışlarını iyi düzeyde göstermektedirler. İklimsel etik boyutunda ise yeterli düzeyde göstermektedirler. Öğretmenlerin görüşlerine göre ilköğretim okulu müdürlerinin etik liderliğin alt boyutu olan ?İklimsel Etik,? Örgütsel Karar vermede etik,? Davranışsal Etik ?alt boyutunda önlisans mezunu öğretmenler ile lisans mezunu öğretmenler arasında; önlisans mezunu öğretmenler ile yüksek lisans mezunu öğretmenler arasında anlamlı fark bulunmuştur.
The aim of this research is to analyze the primary school?s administrator?s level of perception of teachers model and its variaton according to their sex, education level, occupational seniority and the number of teachers in the school. Ethic leader criterion, Yılmaz(2005), is used as a data collecting tool. The questionnaire that is used in the research consists of two parts. The general explanations and information forms of the teachers involved in the research are in the first part; and 44 questions aimed at evaluating the ethic behaviours of the primary school master. Konya state center Selçuklu Karatay Meram district?s primary school?s teachers are in the center of the research. In relation to the research, the questionnaire is aplied to 500 teachers but only 460 of them are evaluated. The sub-problems are to point out if there is a relevant diversity of displaying ethic leadership behaviour according to the teacher?s sex, occupational seniority, and the number of teachers working. Standard deviation, frequency, arithmetic average and interest rate are used while solving the datum of research. According to the teachers involved in the questionnaire primary school masters are in a good level in ethic communication, giving organisational decisions, and ethic behavioural level. The primary school masters are in the middle level of climatic dimension. According to the teachers involved in the research (sub dimension of ethic leadership is climatic ethic, organizational decisive ethic; the sub dimension behavioral ethic) there is a relevant diversity between the undergraduate and graduate teachers; and again there is a relevant diversity between graduate and high undergraduate teachers.
