| dc.description.abstract | Bağırsak canliliğinin doğru olarak belirlenmesi cerrahide karşılan önemli problemlerden biridir. Son yıllarda, bağırsak canlılığının belirlenmesinde pulse oksimetre kullanımının uygun ve güvenli olduğu belirtilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, bağırsak canlılığının belirlemesinde pulse oksimetrenin etkinliğinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla altı köpekte, 15-20 cm'lik jejunum segmentini besleyen arteria ve vena jejunaleslere Buldog klempleri yerleştirilerek segmental işemi oluşturuldu Belirtilen jejunal segmentte luminal oklüzyon oluşturmak için, segmentin proksimal ve distaline penroz lastik drenlerie ligatürler uygulandı. İşemi oluşturulan segmentte oksijen saturasyonu, jejunal segmentin antimezenterik bölgesine yerleştirilen puise oksimetre probları ile ölçüldü. Bununla birlikte segmental işemi oluşturulan jejunal segmentten biyopsi örnekleri alınarak histopatolojik analizler yapıldı. Sonuç olarak, puise oksimetrenin bağırsak canliliğinin belirlenmesinde güvenilir ve faydalı bir eknik olduğu görüldü. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Accurate evaluation of bowel viability remains one of important problems confronting the surgeon Pulse oximetry has been proposed as an appropriate and feasible technique in the assessment of bowel viability in recent years The aim of this study was to determine accurate of bowel viability using pulse oximetry. For this purpose. segmental ischeamic model were performed in six dogs. To carry out segmental ischemia, the artery and vein of the jejunal segments were clamped completely with Bulldog clamps The jejunal segments were ligated with penrose drains in its proximal and distal ends for luminal occlusion in all animais. Oxygen saturation was measured with probes applied to the antimesentric border of ischeamic jejunal segment Moreover, intestinal mucosal damage was also determined histopathologicaly In conclusion pulse oximetry was found to be reliable and useful in the determination of bowel viability. | en_US |
