Kükürtlü ve Demirli Gübre Uygulamalarının Kanola (Brasicca Napus Oleifera sp.) Bitkisinin Gelişimi, Verimi ve Yağ İçeriğine Etkisi

Özet
Kükürtlü gübre kullanımı özellikle yağlı tohumlu bitkilerde yağ kalitesi ve verimi üzerine
olumlu etki yapmaktadır. Önemli bir tarım potansiyeline sahip olan Konya’da yetiştirilen ve daha da
yetiştiriciliğinin artması beklenen kanola bitkisinin bölge kireçli topraklarında kükürtlü gübre isteğinin
belirlenmesi gerekmektedir. Konya ili topraklarının kireçli olması sebebiyle, genel olarak demir
bakımından noksan olması ve yağlı tohumlu bitkilerde yapılan diğer çalışmalar da dikkate alınarak
yapılan çalışmamızda; farklı dozlarda uygulanan kükürtlü ve demirli gübrelerle yağ bitkisi olan kanolanın
gelişimi, yağ verimi ve kalitesinin arttırılması amaçlanmıştır.
Bu çalışmada kanola bitkisine iki kükürtlü gübre (toz kükürt ve bentonitli kükürt), dört kükürt
dozu (0, 50, 100 ve150 kg/da S) ve iki demir dozu (0 ve 1.5 kg/da Fe) dört tekerrürlü olarak 64 adet
saksıda uygulanmıştır. Deneme Selçuk Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi seralarında tesadüf parselleri
faktöriyel deneme desenine göre 15 Haziran-30 Aralık 2019 tarihleri arasında yürütülmüştür. Elde edilen
sonuçlara göre ortalama bitki boyu 115.75-142.00 cm ve klorofil içeriği 59.50-65.28 SPAD değeri olarak
bulunmuştur. Yan dal sayısı 3.00-5.50 adet, harnup uzunluğu 5.98-7.46 cm ve yağ miktarı %25.49-32.86
arasında olup S kaynağı, S dozu ve Fe dozu interaksiyonu istatistiksel olarak önemli bulunmuştur
(p<0.01). Bitki gövde ağırlığı 56.70-153.65 g, harnup sayısı 177.75-313.00 adet ve tane ağırlığı 5.65-
11.69 g arasında olup S kaynağı, S dozu ve Fe dozu interaksiyonu p<0.05 düzeyinde istatistiksel olarak
önemli bulunmuştur. Toplam tane sayısı 2521.25-4511.50 adet ve bin tane ağırlığı 2.07-2.98 g arasında
olup S kaynağı, S dozu interaksiyonu istatistiksel olarak önemli bulunmuştur (p<0.01).
Araştırma verilerine göre kanolanın gelişimini ve bazı kalite parametrelerini arttırmak amacıyla
demirli gübreleme ile birlikte 150 kg/da bentonitli kükürt dozunun kullanımı; Fe uygulaması yapılmadığı
zaman ise 50 kg/da bentonitli kükürt veya 100 kg/da toz kükürt uygulaması önerilebilir.
The use of sulphur fertilizer has a positive effect on oil quality and yield, especially in oilseed plants. It is necessary to determine the sulphurous fertilizer demand of the canola plant, which is grown in Konya, which has an important agricultural potential, and whose cultivation will increase, in the calcareous soils of the region. In our study, which was carried out taking into account the fact that the soils of Konya province are generally deficient in iron and other studies on oilseed plants; it was aimed to increase of the development, oil content, and quality of canola, which is an oil plant, with sulphur and iron fertilizers applied at different doses. In this study, two sulphur fertilizers (sulphur powder and sulphur bentonite), four sulphur doses (0, 50, 100, and 150 kg/da sulphur) and two iron doses (0 and 1.5 kg/da Fe) were applied to the canola plant with four replications in 64 pots. The experiment was conducted in the Selcuk University Faculty of Agriculture greenhouses according to the factorial design of randomized plots between 15 June and 30 December 2019. According to the results obtained, the average plant height was 115.75-142.00 cm and the chlorophyll content was found to be 59.50-65.28 SPAD value. The number of branches, the siliquae length, and the oil content were determined as 3.00-5.50, 5.98-7.46 cm, and 25.49-32.86%, respectively, and the interaction of S source, S dose and Fe dose was found to be statistically significant (p<0.01). The plant weight, number of siliquae, and seed weight were determined as 56.70-153.65 g, 177.75-313.00, and 5.65-11.69 g, respectively, and the interaction of S source, S dose and Fe dose was statistically significant at p<0.05 level. The total number of seed and 1000-seed weight were determined as 2521.25- 4511.50 and 2.07-2.98 g, respectively, and the interaction of S source and S dose was found to be statistically significant (p<0.01).
