Özet
İnternet kullanımın yaygınlaşmasıyla birlikte insanların mobil ve dijital talepleri ve beklentileri giderek artmaktadır. Bu artışı tetikleyen en büyük nedenlerden birisi ise insanların ihtiyaçlarının zaman içerisinde değişime uğramasıdır. Bu değişim hem somut hem de sanal olarak insanların davranışlarında kayda değer bir gelişim göstermiştir. Bireylerin davranışlarında kullanmış oldukları cihazların yazılım programları ile bütünlük çerçevesinde sunulması durumunda hayatı kolaylaştırmasının yanında hizmet sunan kurumsal işleyişte de hizmetlerin etkili ve verimli olarak sağlanmasını ortaya koymaktadır. Sunulan hizmetlerde dijital olma durumu küresellik arz ettiği için tüm sektörlerde senkronize bir şekilde adaptasyon önemli hale gelmektedir. Dolayısıyla dijitalleşmenin önemi hemen her sektörde olduğu gibi sağlık alanında da kendini göstermektedir. Dijital sağlık uygulamalarının yayılmasında her geçen gün artan beklentiler, sağlık hizmetlerinin sürdürülebilirliğini arttırmak, daha hızlı sonuç almak ve daha verimli hizmet sunumu gibi pek çok faktör etkilidir. Bu nedenle dijital sağlık kavramı; bireylere fayda sağlarken, sağlık hizmetlerinin daha güncel, verimli ve kaliteli sunulmasında önemli rol oynamaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı dijital sağlık uygulamaları kapsamında olan e-sağlık, 3 boyutlu yazıcılar, mobil sağlık, giyilebilir teknoloji, yapay zekâ, dijital hastane ve teletıp kavramlarını ve bu kavramların sağlık hizmetlerine olan etki ve katkılarını incelemektir.
With the widespread use of the Internet, people's mobile and digital demands and expectations are increasing. One of the biggest reasons that trigger this increase is that people's needs change over time. This change has shown a remarkable improvement in people's behavior both tangibly and virtually. In case the devices used by individuals in their behaviors are presented in the framework of integrity with software programs, it reveals the effective and efficient provision of the services in the institutional operation that provides services as well as making life easier. Synchronous adaptation is important in all sectors, as the state of being digital in the services offered is global. In this context, the importance of digitalization manifests itself in the field of health as in almost every sector. Many factors such as increasing expectations, increasing the sustainability of health services, getting faster results and more efficient service delivery are effective in the spread of digital health applications. Therefore, the concept of digital health; While it benefits individuals, it plays an important role in providing health services more up-to-date, efficient, and quality. The aim of this study is to examine the concepts of e-health, 3-D printers, mobile health, wearable technology, artificial intelligence, digital hospital and telemedicine within the scope of digital health applications and their impact and contribution to health care.
