| dc.description.abstract | 14 Mayıs 1950 yılında yapılan seçimlerde Anadolu'nun her yerinden gelen halkın seçtiği milletvekillerinden meydana gelen Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi'nde Çorum'da sekiz milletvekili ile temsil edilmişti. 1950- 1954 yılları arasında görev yapan 9. Dönem Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi'nde Çorum ili milletvekilleri; Ahmet Başıbüyük, Sedat Baran, Şevki Gürses, Hüseyin Ortakçıoğlu, Saip Özer, Hasan Ali Vural, Hakkı Yemeniciler idi. IX. Dönem Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi'nde yer alan Çorum milletvekilleri Meclis'te çeşitli konular üzerine yaptıkları konuşmalarla, verdikleri kanun teklifleri ve önergelerle görüşlerini ortaya koymuşlardı. Milletvekillerinin yer aldığı komisyonlar, iştirak ettikleri inceleme heyetleri, üzerlerinde bulundurdukları çeşitli üyelikler, yürüttükleri görevler de bulunmaktaydı. Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi, büyük sıkıntılar yaşamış bir coğrafyayı imar etmek, geri kalmış bir toplumu kalkındırarak medeni değerlerle buluşmasını sağlamak gibi zorlukları biçimlendirmeye uğraşmıştı. Bu uğraş içerisinde, ülkenin birçok bölgesinden gelen milletvekillerinin ortaya koyduğu fedakârlık ve çabalara, Çorum ilini temsil eden milletvekilleri de ellerinden gelen katkıyı yapmışlardı. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The selection in 14 May 1954 Çorum is represented with eight deputies in Turkey Grand National Assembly which is consisted of deputies from all over Anatolia and elected by the public. Deputies of Çorum, worked in the 9 th term Turkey Grand National Assembly, between 1950 and 1954 are; Ahmet Başıbüyük, Sedat Baran, Şevki Gürses, Hüseyin Ortakçıoğlu, Saip Özer, Hasan Ali Vural, Hakkı Yemeniciler. Çorum deputies had introduced their opinions with their sepeeches, notice of motions and proposals in the 9 th Term Turkey Grand National Assemblies. Deputies carried out different kinds of duties like; memberberships in various commissions and observation committees, and as a vice chairman of assembly and acting minister. Turkey Grand National Assembly had dealed with the difficulties to reconstruct a geography who lived the big problems and on the other side strugulled to develop a backward society to bring it together with civilized values. Within this strove, deputies representing Çorum province had made contributions with other deputies coming from different regions of the country and who had produced efforts and sacrifices. | en_US |
