dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada Ç-4140 çeliğin su verme ortamı ve faklı temperleme sıcaklıkları sonucunda malzemedeki değişimler deneysel olarak incelenmiştir. Bunun için, çekme, darbe ve metalografik deney numuneleri hazırlandı. Hazırlanan bu deney numuneleri 4 gurupta toplandı. Bunlar hiçbir ısıl işlem görmeyecek olan deney numuneleri, sadece normalizasyon ısıl işlemine tabi tutulacak deney numuneleri, sadece sertleştirme işlemine tabi tutulacak numuneler ve sertleştirme sonrasında temperleme işlemlerine tabi tutulacak olan deney numuneleridir. Yapılan ısıl işlemler sonucunda bu numuneler TS 138 EN 10002-1/2004'e göre çekme, TS EN 10045-1/1999'e göre de darbe deneyine tabi tutulmuş ve mikro yapıları irdelenmiştir. Bunun sonucunda su verme ortamına göre ve farklı temperleme sıcaklıklarınına göre Ç-4140 çeliğinin mekanik ve mikroyapı özellikleri tespit edilmiştir. Aynı su verme ortamları için farklı temperleme sıcaklıkları sonuçları arasındaki farkları ile farklı su verme ortamlarının aynı temperleme işlemleri sonundaki farkları incelenmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, the variations in the steel with a code of Ç-4140 which were arisen from quenching environment and various tempering temperatures of the material were experimentally investigated. Some samples for tensile, impact, and metallographic experiments were prepared for the investigation. The samples prepared were categorized within four groups. The categories are the samples which were not treated with any heat treatment at all, those which were only treated with the normalization heat treatment, those treated only with hardening, and the samples treated in a tempering process after the hardening. The samples, after the heat treatments, were examined by setting up a tensile test according to TS 138 EN 10002-1/2004, and by an impact test according to TS EN 10045-1/1999. Moreover, the values of the hardness were obtained from the measurements and microstructures were investigated. As a result, the mechanical and microstructural characteristics of the Ç-4140 were obtained with respect to the quenching circumstances and different tempering temperature values. An examination was also conducted in regard with the outcomes from different tempering temperatures in constant quenching circumstances and with the results from different quenching circumstances and unchanging tempering treatments.en_US
