Özet
Mirasçılık belgesi ve miras paylaşımındaki etkileri çalışması bahsi geçen belgenin önemi, düzenlenmesi, etkileri, yargılama usulü ve iptali konularında meydana gelen tartışmalı hususlar doktrin ve Yargıtay kararları ışığında ele alınarak hazırlanmıştır. Pratikte uygulamada çok sık karşılaşılan bu belgenin miras paylaşımındaki etkileri ve tereke üzerinde hak sahipliğini göstermesi açısından önemi dikkate alınarak bu belgenin düzenlenmesinde meydana gelen tartışmalı konular üzerinde durulmuştur.
The inheritance certificate and its effects on the sharing of inheritance have been prepared in the light of the doctrine and Supreme Court decisions in terms of the importance, regulation, effects, trial procedure and cancellation of the said document. Considering the effects of this document, which is very common in practice, and its importance in terms of demonstrating the rightfulness on the estate, controversial issues that have arisen in the editing of this document have been emphasized.
