Özet
Bu araştırmada, yerel yönetim birimlerinden belediyelerin, spor hizmetleri konusunda görev ve faaliyetlerinin incelenmesi ve bu hizmetlerden yararlanan halkın bakış açısını ölçmek ve değerlendirmek amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın katılımcıları, Konya Meram ilçe Belediyesinin bünyesinde bulunan güzel sanatlar merkezinden 90 kişi ile yine Konya Meram ilçe Belediyesinin Ertuğrul gazi sosyal tesislerini kullanan 94 kişi ve Konya Karatay İlçe belediyesine bağlı Karatay Belediyesi Meslek Edindirme Merkezinden 115 kişi olmak üzere toplam 300 kişidir. vn Çalışmamızda Lam (2000) tarafından geliştirilmiş Hizmet Kalitesi Değerlendirme Ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde ve hesaplanmış değerlerin bulunmasında SPSS 16.0 istatistik paket program kullanılmıştır. Veriler ortalama ve standart sapmalar verilerek özetlenmiştir. Verilerin normal dağılım gösterip göstermediği One-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov testi ile test edilmiş ve verilerin normal dağılım gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Veriler normal dağılım gösterdiği için bağımsız değişkenler arasındaki farklılığın tespiti için Independent-sample T testi, ve ANOVA testi kullanılmıştır. Bağımsız değişkenlere göre farklılığın neden kaynaklandığı ise çoklu karşılaştırma testlerinden Tukey testi ile tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada hata düzeyi 0.05 olarak alınmıştır. Araştırmamızın sonucunda; Araştırmaya katılan üyelere ilişkin beklenen ve algılanan hizmet kalitesinin karşılaştırılması sonucu personel, program, tesis ve soyunma odaları alt boyutlarında üyelerin memnuniyet düzeyi ulaşım süresi, medeni durum ve eğitim seviyesi değişkenleriyle değerlendirildiğinde bir farklılık gözlemlenmemiştir. Fakat memnuniyet düzeyinin üyelik süresi ve kullanım sıklığı arttıkça düştüğü tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca üyelik şekli bireysel olan ve 18 yaş üstü katılımcıların memnuniyet düzeyleri, üyelik şekli aile olan ve 18 yaş altı üyelere oranla daha yüksek gözlemlenmiştir.
The Measurement of Sport Service Quality For Municipalities As Local Government Units (Konya Case) In this study, it is aimed that to evaluate of the sportive services and activities of the municipalities as one of the local managament authority and determining in the viewpoint of the public members who has utilize from these services and activities. The participants of the study consist of 300 persons in total, including 90 persons from the center of fine arts included in the Meram District Municipality of Konya, 94 persons utilizing the Ertuğrul Gazi Recreational Facility in the Meram District Municipality of Konya and 115 persons from the center of vocational course in the Karatay District Municipality of Konya. In our study, the Service Quality Assessment Scale developed by Lam (2000) was performed. In evaluating data and finding estimated values, the SPSS 16.0 statistical package program was used. Here, the data were summarised using mean and standard deviation. The One-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov test examined whether the data showed normal distribution, and it was made clear that the data displayed normal distribution. Since the data appeared to be normally-distributed, the Independent-Sample T test and the ANOVA test were also used for determining differences between the independent variables. The Tukey test from among multiple comparison tests was done to see what the difference resulted from as to independent variables. In this study, the error rate was 0.05. As a result of our study; it was observed that there was no difference when the satisfaction levels of members were considered in the travel time, the marital status and the education level within the sub-dimensions of staff, program, facility and changing rooms in consequence of comparing the service quality expected and perceived from the members participating in the research. But the satisfaction level decreased when the membership duration and the usage frequency increased. Also, it was determined that the satisfaction levels of participants who had individual membership type and were over the age of 18, were higher than ones having family membership type and aged under 18.
