| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada; Agresif periodontitisli (AP) hastalarda, periodontal tedavi öncesi patojen bakteri profili çıkarılmış, tedavi sonrası 1. ve 3. aylarda profildeki değişiklikler izlenmiş ve bakteriyell rekolonizasyon değerlendirilmiştir. Bu çalışma Agresif periodontitisli (AP=10), Gingivitisli (G=10) ve Sağlıklı (S=10) toplam 30 kişi üzerinde yapılmıştır. Periodontopatojenler Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) yöntemi ile araştırılmış ve elde edilen sonuçlar Real-time PCR ile doğrulanmaya çalışılmıştır. Başlangıçta alınan subgingival plak örneklerinde; Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans, Porphyromonas gingivalis, Tannerella forsythia ve Treponema denticola bakteri suşları sıra ile %70, %70, %100 ve %40 oranında tespit edilmiştir. P. gingivalis pozitif yedi hastanın, üçünde tip I fimA ve dördünde tip II fimA belirlenmiştir. Faz I periodontal tedavi sonrası 1. ayda periodontopatojenlerde yüksek oranda azalma gözlenirken, 3. ayda periodontopatojenlerin rekolonizasyon gösterdiği izlenmiştir. AP hastaların idame fazında düzenli takip edilmeleri ve ilave kemoterapinin de düşünülmesi sonucuna varılmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study; pathogen profile of aggressive periodontitis patients were investigated before the treatment, and the alterations of this profile between 1th and 3th months were monitored and bacterial recolonisation was evaluated. This study, was performed on totally 30 patients including Aggressive periodontitis (AP=10), Gingivitis (G=10) and periodontally healthy (S=10) individuals. Periodontopathogens were investigated by Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) method and the results were verified by Real-time PCR. Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans, Porphyromonas gingivalis, Tannerella forsythia and Treponema denticola bacterial species were determined in the pre-treatment subgingival plaque samples in the portions of 70%, 70%, 100% and 40%, respectively. Among the seven patients having P. gingivalis positive; it was determined that three had type I fimA and four type II fimA. A reduction of periodontopathogens was observed at the 1th month after phase I treatment. However, comparing the 1th month, an increase of bacteria were observed at the 3th month after the phase I treatment. A regular follow-up is necessary for AP patients and additional chemotherapy may be considered in AP patients. | en_US |
