| dc.description.abstract | Bu tez çalışması ile 2010?2011 yılları arasında Isparta ili Eğirdir ilçesi soğuk hava depolarındaki elmalarda hasat, nakliye ve depolama sırasında meydana gelen zedelenmelerin patolojik bozulmaya etkileri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Yapılan çalışma sonucunda zedelenen meyvelerde patolojik bozulmaların daha hızlı ve daha yoğun olarak meydana geldiği tespit edilmiştir.Bu patolojik bozulmalardan sorumlu 7 adet fungal organizma tespit edilmiştir.Bunlar; Penicillium expansum (Mavi Küf), Gloeosporium album (Acı çürüklük), Botrytis cinerea (Gri küf), Venturia inaequalis (Karaleke), Rhizopus spp. (Rhizopus Çürüklüğü), Aspergillus spp. (Siyah Küf), Alternaria mali (Siyah Çürüklük) dir. Bunlardan en çok görüleni Penicillium expansum olup, 6.ayın sonundaki sayım değerlerine göre toplam enfekteli meyvelerin %25`inde Penicillium expansum tespit edilmiştir. Penicillium expansum`u %12.4'lük oranla Gloeosporium album takip etmiştir. Tespit edilen diğer fungal etmenlerden Botrytis cinerea %11.1, Venturia inaequalis %8.1, Rhizopus spp%5.3, Aspergillus spp %3.1, Alternaria mali %2.6 `lık oranlarla Gloeosporium album `u takip etmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this thesis study, it is tried to determine the effects of the damages on pathological degradation arising during harvesting, transportation and storage of the apples in the cold storage rooms in Isparta city Eğirdir district between 2010 and 2011. As a result of the study, it is observed that pathological degradations occur rapidly and intensely on the damaged apples. 7 fungal organisms are determined which are responsible from such pathological degradations. These are; Penicillium expansum (Blue Mold), Gloeosporium album (Bitter rot), Botrytis cinerea (Grey mold), Venturia inaequalis (Black stain), Rhizopus spp. (Rhizopus Rot), Aspergillus spp. (Black Mold), Alternaria mali (Black Rot). The mostly seen organism is Penicillium expansum, and Penicillium expansum is determined in 25% of the total infected fruits according to the counting values at the end of the 6th month. Gloeosporium album has followed Penicillium expansum with a ratio of 12.4%. From the other determined fungal factors; Botrytis cinerea with the ratio of 11.1%, Venturia inaequalis with the ratio of 8.1%, Rhizopus spp with the ratio of 5.3%, Aspergillus spp with the ratio of 3.1%, Alternaria mali with the ratio of 2.6% have followed Gloeosporium album. | en_US |
