| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın amacı, hastanelerde hemşirelerin bakış açısıyla modern yönetim felsefesinin verimliliğe etkisini analiz etmektir. Araştırma bulgularına göre; hastanelerde verimliliğin iyileştirilmesinde ileri teknolojiden yararlanma, zaman yönetimi, nitelikli personel istihdamı, katılımcı yönetim felsefesi ve etkin maliyet yönetiminin en önemli faktörler olduğu gözlenmektedir. Ancak hasta tatmini ve hizmet kalitesinin verimliliğin iyileştirilmesine düşük düzeyde etki ettiği tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, hastanelerde verimliliği artırmak için en yaygın olarak kullanılan modern yönetim teknikleri, Toplam Kalite Yönetimi ve Dış Kaynaklardan Yararlanma (Outsourcing)’dır. Hemşirelerin hastanelerde verimliliğin iyileştirilmesine yönelik tutumları genel olarak değerlendirildiğinde; modern yönetim felsefesinin uygulanmasına hem taraftar oldukları hem de olmadıkları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of contemporary managerial philosophy on productivity with view point of nurses in hospitals. The findings of the research indicate that the use of advanced technology, time management, the employment of well-qualified staff, democratic managerial philosophy and effective cost management have high effect on improvement of productivity. But patient satisfaction and the quality of service are low effective on improving of productivity. Moreover, Total Quality Management and Outsourcing are contemporary managerial techniques which widely used to increase productivity. When attitudes of nurses concerning improvement of productivity generally are taken into consideration; it can be stated that they both favour and do not favour the implementation of contemporary managerial philosophy. | en_US |
