| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırma, bazı mısır çeşitlerinin rastık hastalığına (Ustilago maydis (DC) Corda.) karşı hassasiyetlerinin belirlenmesi ve azotlu gübreleme ile organik gübrelemenin hastalık üzerine etkisini tespit etmek amacıyla 2005 yılında yürütülmüştür. On çeşit mısırın hastalığa karşı reaksiyonlarının incelendiği deneme sonucu hastalığa tam dayanıklı bir çeşit saptanamamıştır. Bununla birlikte 35P12, Monton, Bolson ve TTM-815 çeşitlerinin hastalığa orta düzeyde dayanıklı olduğu; Pol 2001, Simon ve Ranchero çeşitlerinin hastalığa hassas olduğu; Goldeclat, Falkner ve Monzon çeşitlerinin ise hastalığa karşı çok hassas oldukları belirlenmiştir. II Denemede yer alan çeşitlerde hastalık nedeniyle % 26.4 ile % 51.7 arasında değişen oranlarda verim kayıpları tespit edilmiştir. Azotlu gübrelemenin hastalık üzerine etkisinin incelendiği denemede hem önerilen dozun üzerindeki azot dozlarında hem de azot uygulanmadığında hastalık şiddetinin arttığı saptanmıştır. Organik gübrelemenin hastalık üzerine etkisinin incelendiği denemede ise organik gübre dozu arttıkça hastalığa hassasiyetin azaldığı belirlenirken, organik gübre uygulanmadığında ise hastalığa hassasiyetin arttığı tespit edilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This research was conducted to determine the susceptibilities of some maize cultivars against the smut disease (Ustilago maydis (DC) Corda.) and investigate the effects of nitrogen and organic fertilization on the disease in 2005. In trial in which reactions of 10 corn varieties against the disease was investigated was not determined any resistant variety to the disease. However, it was established that 35P12, Monton, Bolson and TTM-815 varieties were middle resistant to the disease; II Pol 2001, Simon and Ranchero cultivars were susceptible to the disease; as for Goldeclat, Falkner and Monzon varieties were very susceptible to the disease. It was found that the yield losses due to the disease varied from 26.4 % to 51.7 % varieties used in the trial. In experiment in which the effects of nitrogen fertilization on the disease were explored, it was established that both over the nitrojen dozes suggested and no nitrogen application led to increase severity of the disease. In experiment in which the effects of barnyard manure application on the disease were studied, it was determined that the susceptibility to the disease was decreased by raising the amount of the barnyard manure application, when the barnyard manure was not applied the susceptibility to the disease increased. | en_US |
