Özet
Tezimizin amacı çok değerli bilgiler içerdiği bilinen Şer’iyye sicillerinin
kullanımını sağlamak üzere yöntem denemesi yaparak bu belgeler aracılığıyla kültür tarihine katkıda bulunmaktır. Bilindiği gibi siciller Osmanlı toplumunda kadıların tuttuğu tutanaktır. Ekonomik, sosyal ilişkiler yönünden önemli belgelerdir. Sonuç olarak bu belge ile G.antep’in M.(1769-1782) yılları arasındaki sosyal ve ekonomik durumu bu davalar sayesinde gün ışığına çıkmıştır.
The goal of this is to make a methodical try to usabilty of the Şer'iyye sicili which include very valvable information and to contribute to the cultural history, by the help of documents. As it well known the Şer'iyye sicils include the registraions of the şer'i law court which were recorded by the ``kadı" who had very important role within the Ottoman governmental system in the Otoman society. With this document as a result, G.antep in M.(1769-1782)between the years of social and economic situation in the light of day was saved to the case.
