Özet
Bu çalışmada Hatay' ın çokkültürlü ortak yapısı sosyolojik açıdan ele alınmıştır. Tüm dünya çokkültürlülüğü tartışırken, Hatay bu konuda model olmuş ender kentlerden birisidir. Tarihten gelen önemli konumunu bugünde devam ettiren yapısıyla her dönem dikkatleri üzerine çekmiştir. Bu sebeple araştırmamızın konusu olmuştur. Araştırma da, çokkültürlülüğün olumlu yada olumsuz etkileri ve sonuçları Hatay örneğiyle anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. Bir toplumu tanıyabilmek için o toplumla özdeşleşmiş kavramları bilmek gerekmektedir. Çalışmamızda öncelikle kültür, kültür sosyolojisi ve çokkültürlülük kavramları üzerinde genel olarak durulmuştur. İkinci bölümde ise; Hatay hakkında kısa, tanıtıcı bilgiler verildikten sonra burada yaşayan ve ön planda olan beş topluluğun özellikleri, kültürleri vs.hakkında onları tanımaya ve anlamaya yönelik bilgiler verilmiştir. Daha sonraki bölümde ise Hatay'da yaşayan farklı din' den ve ırk' tan olan insanların bir arada nasıl yaşadıkları, yaşam tarzları, iş ilişkileri, kültürleri vs. araştırmamıza dahil olan kişilerin de yorumlarıyla birlikte anlatılmıştır. Son olarak; Hatay da gerçekleştirilen bir dizi görüşmeler sonucunda, çokkültürlülüğün Hatay' da nasıl algılandığı ve yaşandığıyla ilgili kişilerin yorumları çerçevesinde ve gözlemlerimiz neticesinde genel bir sonuca gidilmeye çalışılmıştır.
In this study, multi-cultural common structure of Hatay is discussed sociologically. While all the world discusses multiculturalism, Hatay is one of the exceptional city that has been a model in this regard. It could draw attentions in all the periods due to its structure which presently maintains its important position from history . therefore, it is the topic of our research. It?s attempted to explain positive and negative influences and results of multiculturalism in research. To describe a society, it?s required to know concept identified with that society. In our study, first of all culture, culture, sociology and multiculturalism concepts are discussed in general. In the second part, some knowledge is provided to know and understand features, cultures etc of five societies who live and who are at the forefront here after giving some brief, introductory information. In the next part, it?s explained how people from different religions and races live together through the comments of those whose life styles, business relationships, cultures etc are included in our study. Finally, as a result of a series of interview in Hatay, it?s tried to reach a general conclusion on how multiculturalism is perceived and lived in Hatay within the framework of the comments of persons and as a result of our observations.
