Özet
Bu çalışma 2019-2020 Eğitim Öğretim yılında Malatya ili Anadolu Özel Rehabilitasyon
Merkezi ve Özel Turgut ÖZAL Özel Eğitim Ortaokuluna devam eden yaşları 11-17 arasında olan
çalışma için gerekli fonksiyonel becerileri engelleyecek fiziksel engeli olmayan, daha önce herhangi
bir sportif organizasyon içinde yer almamış toplam 35 hafif zihinsel engelli eğitilebilir birey üzerine
uygulandı. Çalışmada ‘’Kişisel Bilgi Formu” öfkeli davranışlarının kontrol altına alınması ve en aza
indirgenmesinde Spielberger ve arkadaşları (1983) tarafından geliştirilen, dilimize Özer (1994)
tarafından uyarlanan “Sürekli Öfke ve Öfke İfade Tarzı Ölçeği” kullanıldı. Zihinsel engelli bireylerin
sağlıklı cevap veremeyecekleri düşünülerek ilgili ölçek bireylerin ebeveynleri tarafından dolduruldu.
16 hafta süren fiziksel aktivite programı uygulandı. Programda hafif tempolu düz koşular, bireysel,
eşli ve grup çalışmaları, yürüyüşler, eğlenceli çocuk oyunları(mendil kapmaca, yakan top, sek sek
vb)çalışmalara yer verildi. ilk anket-son anket çalışmasıyla veriler SPSS 17.0 paket programında
analiz edildi. Verilere normallik homojenlik testi yapıldıktan sonra verilerin normal ve homojen
dağılmadığı tespit edilmiş olup non-parametrik testlerden bağımlı wilcoxon testi uygulandı. Verilere
ortalama, standart sapma teknikleri kullanıldı. Elde edilen bulgular istatistiksel olarak p<0.05
düzeyinde anlamlılık ile test edildi. İlk anket-son anket çalışmasıyla ölçek alt boyutları (içe yönelik
öfke, dışa yönelik öfke, sürekli öfke düzeyi, öfke kontrolü) karşılaştırıldı.
Sonuç olarak Düzenli Fiziksel Aktivitelere katılan hafif düzeydeki zihinsel engeli bireylerin
öfke düzeylerinin ön test son test sonuçları karşılaştırıldığında 4 alt boyutta da anlamlı sonuç elde
edildiği görülmektedir.
This study was conducted on a total of 35 mildly mentally challenged individuals who did not have a physical disability to prevent the functional skills required for the study between the ages of 11-17,in the Malatya Anatolian Special Rehabilitation Center and Private Turgut ÖZAL Special Education Secondary School in the 2019-2020 academic year. In the study, was used "Personal Information Form" To control and minimize angry behavior "Continuous Anger and Anger Expression Style Scale" developed by Spielberger et al. (1983) and adapted to our language by Özer (1994) . The scale was filled in by the parents of the individuals, considering that individuals with intellectual disabilities cannot respond properly. 16 week physical activity program was implemented. In the program, light-paced straight runs, individual, paired and group works, walks, entertaining children's games (handkerchief, handball, burning ball, etc.) were included. The data were analyzed in SPSS 17.0 package program with the first survey-last survey study. After the normality test was performed on the data, it was determined that the data did not distribute normally and homogeneously, and the dependent wilcoxon test, which was one of the non-parametric tests, was applied. Average, standard deviation techniques were used for the data. The findings were tested statistically with a significance level of p <0.05. Scale sub-dimensions (internal anger, external anger, constant anger level, anger control) were compared with the first questionnaire-last questionnaire study. As a result, when the pretest-posttest results of mild mentally retarded individuals participating in Regular Physical Activities are compared, it is seen that significant results are obtained in 4 sub-dimensions.
