Özet
Bu çalışmada Türkiye'de doğal olarak yayılış gösteren 7 Rorippa Scop. türü anatomik, morfolojik ve karyolojik açıdan incelenmiştir. Anatomik çalışmada, her bir tür için kök, gövde ve yapraktan kesitler alınmış ve detaylı anatomik özellikleri verilmiştir. Sitogenetik çalışmada, Rorippa cinsinin temel kromozom sayısı x=8 olarak ve kromozomları sayılan türlerin kromozom sayıları 2n=16 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Rorippa behcetii A. İlçim taksonu Rorippa amphibia'nın sinonimi olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Bu çalışma sonucunda, Rorippa cinsinin Türkiye'de 7 tür ile temsil edildiği bunlardan birinin melez ve birinin de endemik olduğu belirlenmiştir.
In this study 7 Rorippa Scop. species, growing wild in Turkey, were analyzed by means of anatomy, morphology and karyology. In the anatomical study, sections were taken from roots, stems and leaves for each species and detailed anatomical properties were given. In the cytogenetic examination, chromosome numbers of Turkish Rorippa species were determined as 2n=16 (x=8). As a result of the evaluation of findings, Rorippa behcetii A. İlçim has been replaced to synonym of Rorippa amphibia. Consequently, Rorippa has been evaluated under 7 species, one of these endemic and the other one is hybrid, in Turkey.
