Özet
Ebû Ca`fer Muhammed b. Hasan et-Tûsî h. V. yüzyılda yaşamış en önemli Ca`ferî fıkıh âlimlerinden biridir. Onun Ca`ferî mezhebinin teşekkülündeki önemli katkılarının yanı sıra fıkıh usulünün oluşumunda ve gelişiminde önemli etkisi vardır. Hatta onu Ca`fer-i Sadık'tan sonra bu mezhebin ikinci imamı olarak değerlendirmemiz yanlış olmaz. Onun bu mezhepteki önemini bilmek için eserlerine bakmamız yeterli olacaktır. Usul ilmine olan katkılarını ise bariz bir şekilde el-`Udde adlı eserinde görmek mümkündür. O, bu eserinde mezhebine göre delil sayılan hususları işlemiş, delil olarak görmediklerini de eleştirerek bunları delil sayanlara cevap vermiştir.
Abu Cafer at-Tusi one of the most important thinkers in Caferic law sistyms of V hijri centuries. Besides his constructions to formation of Cafery sect he had important rule in building and improvemet of Cafery law system methods. Even it is not mistake to say that he was second leader of Cafery sect after Imam Cafer Sadik. To know his importance in sect it is enough to look at his religious works. One can see his open constructions to figh methods in his book `Udda`. In this book he deals with arguments about his sect and criticised some of them which are not arguments and whom think them true arguments.
