Bilateral Meme İnfiltrasyonu ve Sonrasında Santral Sinir Sistemi Relapsı Görülen Bir All Olgusu

Akut lenfoblastik lösemide (ALL) meme infiltrasyonu oldukça nadir görülmektedir. ALL'li genç bir bayan hastada bilateral meme infiltrasyonu olduğu belirlendi. Kemoterapi sonucunda tam remisyon sağlandı, fakat yedi ay sonra santral sinir sistemi (SSS) relapsı görüldü. Genç yaşta meme infiltrasyonu yapan bir ALL olgusunu sunarak literatür bilgileri eşliğinde değerlendirmeyi amaçladık.

Acute lymphoblastic leukemia associated with breast infiltration is rare. We described a 24-year female patient of acute lymphoblastic leukemia associated with bilateral breast infiltration. She achieved a complete remission after chemotherapy but followed by central nervous system (CNS) relapse occured seven months later. In this study, we present the case of a patient with acute lymphoblastic leukemia associated with bilateral breast infiltration and followed by CNS relapse and review of the literature.
