Özet
Bu çalışmada, toz metalurjisi ile bakır ve demir esaslı kaymalı yatakların sürtünme kuvvetleri, sürtünme katsayıları ve aşınma miktarları gibi tribolojik özellikleri farklı hız ve yüklerde deneysel olarak incelenmiştir. Test yatakları piyasada üretim yapan firmalardan hazır olarak temin edilmiştir ( stanbul Tozmetal A.Ş.). Bu deneylerde; CuSn10 bronzu, CuSn10-Fe-Grafit, ASC 100.29 ve 69.02.507 tozundan üretilen kaymalı yatakların sürtünme ve aşınma özellikleri belirlenip, birbiriyle karşılaştırılmıştır. Karşı aşındırıcı olarak SAE 1050 çelik mil kullanılmıştır. Deneyler Üniversal torna tezgahında 10, 20, 30, 40 ve 50 N yük; 0.22, 0.44, 0.66 ve 0.94 m/sn hızlar kullanılarak kuru ortamda aşınma deneyleri yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler grafikler halinde sunularak bakır ve demir esaslı yataklar için en uygun çalışma aralıkları ve yük taşıma kabiliyetleri belirlenmiştir. Yatakların mikroyapıları incelenmiştir.
In this study,tribojial properties such as firiction forces, firiction coefficient and wear rate at different velocities and bearing loads for copper and ferrous based sintered. Journal bearings were investigated. Tested sintered journal bearings were supplied commercially from private sintered journal bearing manufaturer in stanbul Tozmetal A.Ş. in this experiments, CuSn10 bronze, CuSn10-Fe-Grafit, ASC 100.29 and 69.02.507 powders that were manufactured journal bearings firiction and wear properties has been determinedand compared. SAE 1050 steel shaft has been used as counter abrader. Experiments have been carried out 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 N loads; 0.22, 0.44, 0.66 and 0.94 sliding speeds, dry conditions by using univercial late counter. Test results were used to plot curves for copper and ferrous sintered bearings. Using the plotted curves, the most convenient working conditions and loading capacity of tested bearings with bearing were determined. Microstructure of self lubricating bearing metarials were studied.
