Mantar Yönetim Yaklaşımı ile Çalışanların Sanal Kaytarma Davranışı Arasındaki İlişki

Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, mantar yönetim yaklaşımı ile çalışanların sanal
kaytarma davranışları arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. Araştırmanın evrenini Konya
Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’nde faaliyet gösteren işletmelerin çalışanları
oluşturmaktadır (N=38000) (KOS, 2021). Araştırmada, veri toplama aracı olarak
anket tekniği kullanılarak 389 anket toplanmış, 7 anket veri eksikliği nedeniyle
kapsam dışı bırakılmış ve 382 anket kullanılarak analizler yapılmıştır. Verilerin
analizinde SPSS 21 programı ve Amos 21 programı kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen
sonuçlara göre mantar yönetim yaklaşımı ile sanal kaytarma davranışı arasında
pozitif ve anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Alt boyutlara ilişkin bir
değerlendirme yapıldığında, mantar yönetim yaklaşımı ile (sanal kaytarmanın alt
boyutlarından olan) önemli sanal kaytarma arasında istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı ilişki
bulunmamıştır. Mantar yönetim yaklaşımı ile (sanal kaytarmanın alt boyutlarından
olan) önemsiz sanal kaytarma arasında istatistiksel açıdan pozitif ve anlamlı bir ilişki
bulunmuştur. Elde edilen sonuçlar, örgütlerdeki mantar yönetim yaklaşımı
uygulamalarının çalışanları önemsiz sanal kaytarma davranışlarına
yönlendirebileceği ipucunu sunmaktadır
The aim of this research is to examine the relationship between the mushroom management approach and the cyberloafing behaviors of employees. The universe of the research consists of the employees of the enterprises operating in the Konya Organized Industrial Zone (N=38000) (KOS, 2021). Questionnaire technique was used as a data collection tool in the research and 389 questionnaires were collected, 7 questionnaires were excluded due to lack of data, and analyzes were made using 382 questionnaires. SPSS 21 program and Amos 21 program were used in the analysis of the obtained data. According to the results obtained, it was determined that there is a positive and significant relationship between the mushroom management approach and cyberloafing behavior. When an evaluation of the sub-dimensions was made, there is no statistically significant relationship was found between the mushroom management approach and serious cyberloafing (which is a sub-dimension of cyberloafing). A statistically positive and significant correlation was found between the mushroom management approach and minor cyberloafing (which is a subdimension of cyberloafing). The results obtained suggest that mushroom management approach applications in organizations can lead employees to minör cyberloafing behaviors.
