Özet
Bu araştırma şinşillada testis, epididymis ve ductus deferens'in beslenmesine katılan arterlerin orijin, seyir ve vaskularizasyon bölgelerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada, Afyon Kocatepe Üniversitesi Deney Hayvanları Ünitesi'nden temin edilen, vücut ağırlığı 550 g- 600 g arasında değişen 5 adet erkek ergin şinşilla (Chinchilla lanigera) kullanıldı. Arteria carotis communis yolu ile kan boşaltıldı ve ayni damardan renklendirilmiş latex enjekte edildi. Sağ arteria testicularis'in, 2 kadavrada arteria renalis'in caudo-lateral'inden, orijin aldığı belirlenirken, 3 kadavrada bu damarın arteria renalis'den yaklaşık 2 mm sonra aorta abdominalis'den ayrıldığı belirlendi. Sol arteria testicularis ise aorta abdominalis'den ve arteria renalis sinister'den yaklaşık 4-5 mm sonra ayrıldığı tespit edildi. Arteria testicularis'in testis, caput ve corpus epididymidis'e dallar gönderdiği cauda epididymidis'e ise birkaç ince dal gönderdiği gözlendi. Cauda epididymidis ve ductus deferens'in arterial vaskularizasyonu, arteria iliaca externa'dan orijin alan arteria ductus deferentis tarafından sağlandığı tespit edildi.
The aim of this study was determined that arterial vascularization of testicles, epididymis and ductus defereces in Chinchilla. Five adult male chinchilla (Chinchilla lanigera) varied between 550 g and 600 g live body weight obtained from Afyon Kocatepe University Experimental Animal Unit were used in the study. Blood was removed from arteria carotis communis and coloured latex was injected. The right arteria testicularis originated from the caudolateral aspects of the arteria renalis in 2 cadavers whereas it was from the arteria abdominalis approximately 2 mm after the arteria renalis. The left arteria testicularis left from aorta abdominalis after, approximately 4 mm from the artenia renalis sinister. It was observed that the arteria testicularis gave branches to testicles, caput and corpus epididymidis, and also a few thin branches to the cauda epididymidis. Arterial vascularization of cauda epididymidis and ductus deferences was supplied by the arteria ductus deferences that was originated from the arteria iliaca externa.
