| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, toplum temelli turizm anlayışında yerel yönetimlerin rolünün ne olduğu incelenmiştir. Çalışma ‘açıklayıcı (betimsel) bir araştırma’ olarak gerçekleştirilmiş ve araştırma verilerinin toplanması ve çözümlenmesinde nitel tekniklerden yararlanılmıştır. Bu kapsamda, Konya ilinde bulunan yerel yönetimlerde turizm faaliyetleri ile ilgili görevlerde çalışan uzmanların görüşme (mülakat) yöntemi ile görüşleri alınmış ve bu kapsamda elde edilen veriler ‘içerik analizi’ yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmaya, Konya İl Kültür ve Turizm Müdürlüğü, Konya Büyükşehir Belediyesi, Selçuklu Belediyesi, Karatay Belediyesi ve Meram Belediyesindeki yetkililerden seçilen 10 kişi katılım sağlamıştır. Araştırma verilerinin analizi neticesinde, katılımcıların toplum temelli turizmde yerel yönetimlerin rolüne ilişkin görüşlerinin, toplum temelli turizm faaliyetlerine ilişkin genel görüşler, toplum temelli turizmin planlama ve yönetimi, toplum temelli turizmin ekonomik etkileri, toplum temelli turizmin sosyo-kültürel etkileri ve toplum temelli turizmin çevresel etkileri şeklinde beş ana konu etrafında toplandığı belirlenmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında elde edilen katılımcı görüşleri analizleri neticesinde katılımcıların, konuyla ilgili görüşlerinin ağırlıklı olarak olumlu olduğu, diğer bir ifadeyle, yerel yönetimlerin bu konuda önemli girişimlerde bulunduğuna, toplum temelli turizm faaliyetlerinin etkili ve verimli şekilde yürütüldüğüne ve hedeflenen sonuçlara ulaşıldığı ya da yaklaşıldığına yönelik kuvvetli algılarının bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ancak, katılımcılar tarafından öneri olarak dile getirilen bazı önemli hususların olduğu ve bunların yerine getirilmesi ile turizm faaliyetlerinin geliştirilmesine katkı sağlanabileceği belirlenmiştir | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, the role of local governments in the understanding of community-based tourism has been examined. The study was carried out as a 'explanatory (descriptive) research' and qualitative techniques were used in the collection and analysis of research data. In this context, the opinions of experts working in tourism activities in local governments in Konya were taken by interview method and the data obtained in this context were analyzed with the 'content analysis' method. In the research, 10 people participated selected from the officials in Konya Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism, Konya Metropolitan Municipality, Selçuklu Municipality, Karatay Municipality and Meram Municipality. As a result of the analysis of the research data, the participants' views on the role of local governments in community-based tourism were divided into five main categories: general views on community-based tourism activities, planning and management of community-based tourism, economic effects of community-based tourism, socio-cultural effects of community-based tourism, and environmental effects of community-based tourism. It was determined that they gathered around the theme. As a result of the analyzes of the participant opinions obtained within the scope of the research, it is stated that the opinions of the participants on the subject are mostly positive, in other words, the local governments have taken important initiatives in this regard, and that the community-based tourism activities are carried out effectively and efficiently, and that they have strong perceptions that the targeted results have been achieved or approached. However, it has been determined that there are some important issues expressed as suggestions by the participants and that their fulfillment can contribute to the development of tourism activities. | en_US |
