| dc.description.abstract | Toplumları kalkındırmak, yükseltmek ve geliştirmek, onlara dünya düzeninde belirli bir mertebeye getirmek ancak eğitimle mümkün olacaktır. Milletlerin kaderinde eğitim politikaları her zaman önemli bir yere sahip olmuştur. Bu politikalar ne kadar milli ve istikrarlı olursa gelecek yıllar o millete çok şey kazandırır. Öğretmen yetiştirme Osmanlıdan bu yana önemli olmuş, belirli dönemlerde yeniliklere kapısını açmıştır. Öğretmen Okulları Türk eğitim tarihinde tartışmasız büyük bir yere sahiptir. Bu okullardan mezun olan genç öğretmenlerin atandıkları köy okullarına uyum sorunu yaşamaları yüzünden II. Meşrutiyet yıllarından itibaren köye göre öğretmen yetiştirme meselesi gündeme gelmiştir. Köy enstitüleri ise bu anlayıştan ilham almıştır. Kuruluşu, işleyişi ve siyasi yapılan hala bir kısım eğitimciler tarafından eleştirilse de köy enstitüleri, karma eğitim, başarısızlığı değil başarıyı benimsemiş olması, yıl boyu eğitim, iş eğitimi ilkesi, öğrenci merkezli anlayış, öğrencilerini uygulama okullarıyla staja tabi tutarak köye alıştırması ve kampüs modelini benimsemiş olması bakımından diğer öğretmen okullarından farklıdır. Çifteler Köy Enstitüsü ve Eğitmen Kursu ise tezimize model aldığımız bir enstitüdür. Pek çok özelliği diğer köy enstitüleriyle benzer özellik taşımaktadır. 1937'lere kadar sıradan bir yer olan çifteler enstitü deneyimi ile ileri yönde bir ivme kazanmıştır. İlkokuldan sonra okuma şansı olmayan köy çocuklarının ileriye gitme imkanı kazanmıştır. Çifteler Köy Enstitüsü'nün hemen her cumartesi düzenlediği eğlencelerle çevrenin sosyo-kültürel hayatına canlılık getirmiştir. Tarla ziraatine getirdikleri fenni metotlar ile geleneksel tarım anlayışının modernizasyonunu sağlamışlardır. Enstitü, nahiyedeki bataklıkların kurutulması yolunda çalışmalar yapmış, böylece o yıllarda hayati önem taşıyan sıtma hastalığının önüne geçilmiştir. Cumartesi akşamlan yaptıkları geleneksel sohbet toplantılarına tüm enstitü çalışanları, yöneticiler ve öğrenciler katılır, tüm sorunlar tartışılırdı. Bu durum okul içi demokrasiye örnek teşkil eder. Öğrenci başkanlığı sistemi ile öğrencilerin okul yönetiminde söz sahibi olmaları sağlanmış, böylece öğrenci merkezli eğitim anlayışının ilk örnekleri o yıllarda verilmiştir. Bu araştırma Türk eğitim anlayışına farklı bir soluk getiren köy enstitülerini ve Çifteler modelini etraflı bir şekilde incelemektedir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | It will be possible only with the education and its policy, which has alvays had a great importance in nations fates. to make a society advanced, promoted and developed. And the society will have a stage in the world's order with the means of education. If these educational policies, as we mentioned above, are more national and stabilized, the nation has so man great things in the future. Without doubt Teachers?Training Schools have appeared in Turkish Education history. Even in Ottoman Empire Teachers Training was important as in nowadays and it became reformist in definite periods.Although the countrv-institutes are still being critized because of their foundations, functions and political structure by some educators, they are different fronı the othcr teacher's training schools. They were co-educational and continued throughout the year. The system was student-centred so the practiced in schools as probation with the labour education principle. The institutes were in a campus model so the students learnt everything that they would need in a country-school.Çifteler Country-lnstitute and Educator Course is the model of this thesis. it had the same qualifications with the others but as it was on the coast of Black Sea special fishing organization appeared in This institute. it was the result of the institute that children from rural areas could altend to secondary schools. The institute brought refreshment to socio-cultural lives of the town as it organized entertainments for students every Saturday. Farming was one of the important subjects in these institutes so they had a progress in farming. They started to use scientific methods instead of traditional farming intelligence in field agriculture. Malaria, which was a great danger, vas prevented since it had worked to dry the inarches in region. Directors. students and Ali the employees of the institute came together and discussed Ali problems they faced every Monday evening. it was a traditional chat meeting and also it was the proof of the democracy at school. Not only the teachers but also the students had responsibilities in administration of schools since they were given a system of chairmanship. in this point we see that they are the first examples of student-centered methodsThis research includes the country-institutes, which brought a new concept to Turkish Education system and the model of Çifteler in detailed. | en_US |
