Özet
Bu araştırma, araştırma konusu ile ilgili olarak yayınlanan eserlerin taranması ve 1911-1931 yılları arasında neşredilen "Türk Yurdu Dergisi" sayılarının incelenmesi ile yapılmıştır. Bu çalışma, 1911-1931 yılları arasında yayınlanan Türk Yurdu dergilerinde, Eğitim başlığı altında okuyuculara sunulan makalelerdeki eğitim görüşlerinin, kuruluş dönemindeki eğitim politikalarını etkileme oranını ortaya koymak için yapılmıştır. Bu amaca ulaşmak için cevapları aranan sorular genel hatları ile şu şekildedir; 1. Millet ve milliyetçilik kavramları geçmişte ne ifade etmiştir? Bugün neyi ifade etmektedir? 2. Dünyada ve Türkiye'de milliyetçilik fikrinin gelişimi nasıl olmuştur? 3. Türkçülük ve bu fikrin gelişimini destekleyen dernekler nelerdir? 4. Türk Yurdu dergilerinde eğitimin yeri nedir? 5. Bu görüşler Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nin eğitim politikalarını nasıl etkilemiştir? Araştırmanın amacına ulaşması için tez danışmanının görüşleri de alınarak kaynak taraması yapılmıştır. Ulaşılan kaynaklardaki kullanılacak alıntılar tespit edilmiştir. Bu noktada ideolojik görüşlerin ayıklanmasına özen gösterilmiştir.

Aim is that to putforward effects of opinions about education in'Türk Yurdu" published 1911-1 931 to policy of education in foundation. Here are the some questions to attain the aim; 1. What did concepts of nation and nationalism use to Express in the past? What do they Express in present time? 2. How was the nationalism developed in the world and Türkiye? 3. What are the foundations which support nationalism and developments of this movement? 4. How was education touched on in "Türk Yurdu" 5. How did these ideas effect policy of education of Turkish Republic Because of attaining the aim of investigation resourse serening is done by giving importance to opinions of adviser. Quotations which will be used in resourced were decided. At this point there were great importance for being objective
