| dc.description.abstract | Günümüzde barışın tesis edilmesi insanlığın çözüm bekleyen problemi olmaya devam etmektedir. Dünyanın herhangi bir yerinde ortaya çıkan çatışmalar, hem hızlı bir şekilde başka bölgelerin harekete geçmesine neden olmakta hem de devletlerin ortak çıkarlarını olumsuz anlamda etkilemektedir. Dolayısıyla bu durum, dünya barışını tehdit etmeye yönelik anlaşmazlıkların çatışmalara dönüşmeden engellenmesini gerekli kılmaktadır. Söz konusu sorunları aşmak için BM Antlaşması’nda açıkça düzenlenmeyen barış gücü harekâtları gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, BM barış gücü kavramının ortaya çıkışı, harekâtların yürütülmesi aşamasında dikkat edilmesi gereken prensipler ve harekâtların ilkeleri izah edilmekte, akabinde Soğuk Savaş sonrasında BM barış gücü harekâtları örneklerle birlikte açıklanmaktadır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Establishing peace continues to be humanity's pending problem. Conflicts that arise in any part of the world both cause other regions to act rapidly and negatively affect states' common interests. Therefore, this situation makes it necessary to prevent disagreements that threaten peace before turning into conflicts. Peacekeeping operations, which aren't explicitly regulated in the charter of the UN, are carried out to overcome these problems. In this study, the emergence of the UN peacekeeping concept, the principles to be considered during the execution of operations and operation principles are explained, and UN peacekeeping operations after the Cold War are explained. | |
