dc.description.abstractBu tezin amacı Necmettin Erbakan’ın dış politika anlayışını, söylem ve uygulamalarını kimlik, siyaset ve liderlik bağlamında değerlendirmek ve karar süreçlerine etkisini araştırmaktır. Erbakan Batı’nın bilişsel hegemonyasını kabul eden ve onun taşıyıcı öznesi olan pozitivist Batıcı kimliğin aksine uluslararası sistemi verili kabul etmemiş, alternatif bir sistem olarak “Adil Düzen” modelini geliştirmeye çalışmıştır. Ahlak ve maneviyat eksenli lider ontolojisinin devlet kimliğinin inşasında üstlendiği roller ve bunun devlet davranışlarına ne tür etkileri olduğu tartışmayı gerektirmektedir. Weber’in devlete bakışta amaç ve değer rasyonalitesi bu tartışma zeminini göstermektedir. Erbakan’ın uluslararası ilişkilere değer odaklı yaklaşımı dış politikada kimlik ve çıkarın oluşumunda en önemli aktör olan devleti bağımsızlık, adalet, eşitlik, şahsiyet ve ahlakilik gibi normatif değerlerle rasyonel biçimde ilişkilendirmiştir. Erbakan ulus-devletin kimlik-meşruiyet tartışmalarında Yeniden Büyük Türkiye söylemi ile tarihin sürekliliği içinde var olan kimliğe politik bir alan açmaya çalışmıştır. Erbakan’ın dış politikada üretmiş olduğu söylem ve uygulamalar metodik olarak sosyal inşacı perspektifle analiz edilmeye çalışılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the current thesis is to evaluate the foreign policy perspective, discourses and applications of Necmettin Erbakan in terms of identity, politics and leadership and investigate their effect on decision making processes. Contrary to positivist pro-western identity acknowledging the cognitive hegemony of the West and being its carrier subject, Erbakan did not take the international system as its ready-made position and tried to develop “Just Order” model as an alternative system. There is a need to discuss the roles that a morality and spirituality-based leader ontology takes in the construction of a state identity and what kind of effects it has on official behaviors. The purpose and tool rationality of Weber in the prospect of state shows the ground of this discussion. Value-oriented approach of Erbakan to international relations were related state which is the most important factor in the formation of identity and interest in foreign policy to such normative values as independence, justice, equality, character and morality in a rational way. In identity-legitimacy discussions of the nation-state, Erbakan tried to open a political field for the identity which exists in the continuation of history with the discourse of Greater Türkiye Once Again. The discourses and practices Erbakan produced in foreign policy were tried to be analysed by means of a social constructionist perspective.en_US
