Özet
Bu çalışmada, Konya'nın kent gelişiminde önemli yer tutan Mevlana Caddesi, değişim ve gelişim faktörleri irdelenerek, 19. yy. ortalarından günümüze kadar geçen süreç incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Cadde ile Konya kentinin gelişimi sıkı bir benzerlik göstermektedir. Çalışma kapsamında Mevlana Caddesi'ndeki değişim, literatür ve arşiv çalışmaları yapılarak, imar planları incelenerek belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Yapılan imar uygulamalarının cadde aksı üzerindeki etkileri ile değişim sürecindeki özgün yapının korunması için yapılan uygulamalar irdelenerek bozulma etkileri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Tarihi caddenin yapılarının, yollarının, çevresel faktörler ile sosyal etkiler altında değişimi inceleme altına alınmış, cadde dokusu üzerindeki koruma çalışmalarının uygulama şekilleri, koruma yasalarının ve uygulayıcılarının aldığı kararların belgeleri araştırılarak, yapılara ilişkin kararlar ile uygulamalar değerlendirilmiştir. Caddenin Konya içindeki yeri ve önemi tarihi yapılar ile kent dokusundaki mimari gelişim ve sosyolojik değişim araştırılmıştır. Araştırmalar sırasında yapılan koruma çalışmaları, tek yapı değerlendirmeleri ele alınarak öneriler getirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Cadde üzerindeki çalışmaların genel olarak değerlendirilmesi ve elde edilen sentez ve veriler sonuç bölümünde ele alınmıştır.
In this study, Envirolment of Mevlana Street which holds great importance in the development of city of Konya, in the 19th century. the present process have been studied till mid-July . The street is similar to the development of City of Konya. Working under the change of Mevlana Street, literature and archival work , try to determine by examining the development plans. Zoning practices in the process of change with its effects on the axis of the street to protect the original structure of the applications were examined to determine the effects of deterioration. Date of the street buildings, roads, under the influence of environmental factors and social changes are under review, the application forms of conservation work on the street, texture, protection of the laws and the decisions made by practitioners to investigate the documents, decisions regarding structures and practices are evaluated. The importance of place and historic buildings of the street and the city of Konya in the architectural development and social change in tissue were investigated. Studies made during the protection work, reviews by examining the recommendations have been given to only one building. Evaluation of our work on the street in general and the obtained results in the synthesis and data are discussed.
