Özet
Energy is in an indispensable position for the whole world with its constantly developing technology and increasing population. Within the globalizing world, yearly increments in energy utilization bring natural problems and increment the energy requirements in common. It is a great approach to utilize economical and renewable energies to decrease climate changes and meet the energy request of future eras. Considers and investigates for the generation, capacity, or change of vitality, which is as often as possible utilized in industrial revolutions and human activities, are exceptionally profitable. The utilize of sun-based energy in energy generation, which is one of the secure, environmentally friendly, and efficient vitality sources for a sound society may be a prevalent subject connected in numerous zones. In this study, the significance, working standards, and sorts of sun-powered panels, which are favored to be utilized in numerous ranges for energy generation and are progressively vital, are focused on. Solar cells convert photon energy into electricity with the concept of the photovoltaic effect by using an external electrical current and voltage. Within the scope of the photovoltaic effect, photon energy is absorbed by excitation of atoms to obtain electric field and p-n junction occurs between contacting interface. Solar cells are classified as which semiconductor material is used and efficiency is important for classifications of a solar cell. Multi-junction tandem solar systems that are the latest technology achieved the highest efficiency as %47.
