| dc.description.abstract | Turizm endüstrisinde özellikle son zamanlarda görülen yeniliklerden bazıları temassızlık özelliği olan RFID (radyo frekansı tanımlama), NFC (yakın alan iletişimi), bluetooth beacon (bluetooth tabanlı etkileşim) ve dijital menü teknolojileri olup bunun dışında robot teknolojilerinin kullanımı ve dijital detoks uygulamaları da endüstri içerisinde büyük ve önemli bir rolü olan otellerde kullanılmaya başlamıştır. Bu araştırmanın amacı, Konya’da bulunan dört ve beş yıldızlı otel işletmelerinde temassız teknolojilerin, robotların ve dijital detoks uygulamalarının mevcut durumunun ve gelecekte öngörülen durumunun betimsel analiz aracılığı ile değerlendirilmesidir. Bu kapsamda araştırmanın evreni, dört ve beş yıldızlı otel işletmeleri, örneklem grubu ise Konya’da bulunan dört ve beş yıldızlı 11 otel yöneticisinden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden faydalanılmış olup, veriler yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği ile toplanmıştır. Otel yöneticileri ile gerçekleştirilen görüşme kapsamında, otel yöneticilerine otel ile ilgili 5 adet tanımlayıcı soru ve 9 adet görüşme sorusu yöneltilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre temassız teknolojilerden en çok temassız ödeme ve QR kodlu menülerde yararlanıldığı, temassız teknoloji ve robotların daha çok gelişeceği, yaygınlaşacağı ve değerli olacağının düşünüldüğü sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Some of the recent innovations in the tourism industry are contactless RFID (radio frequency identification), NFC (near field communication), bluetooth beacon (bluetooth-based interaction) and digital menu technologies and started to be used in hotels, which have an important role. The aim of this research is to evaluate the current situation and future situation of contactless technologies, robots and digital detox applications in four and five star hotels in Konya through descriptive analysis. In this context, the universe of the research consists of four and five star hotel businesses, and the sample group consists of 11 four and five star hotel managers in Konya. Qualitative research methods were used in the research and the data were collected by semistructured interview technique. Within the scope of the interview with the hotel managers, 5 descriptive questions and 9 interview questions about the hotel were asked to the hotel managers. According to the results obtained, it was concluded that contactless technologies are mostly used in contactless payment and QR-coded menus, and it is thought that contactless technology and robots will develop, become widespread and valuable. | en_US |
