Özet
Kardiak aritmiler kalp uyarısının ya meydana gelişindeki ya da iletilmesindeki bozukluk sonucu meydana gelirler. Bazı aritmiler ise hem uyarının meydana gelişindeki hem de uyarının iletilmesindeki bozukluğun birlikte olması sonucu oluşurlar. Bu tip kalp rahatsızlıkları için günümüzde tedavi amaçlı pacemakerlar kullanılmaktadrr. Ancak kullanılan bu pacemakerlar yurt dışında üretilmektedir. Bu sebeple bu çalışmada kalp aritmilerini algılayıp düzenleyecek bir pacemaker tasarımı, ülkemiz laboratuar şartlarında gerçekleştirilmesi ve tasarımın bilgisayarda simülasyonu amaçlanmıştır.
Cardiac arrhythmias are caused by either defects in occurence of heart stimulus or defects in transmission of heart stimulus. Some arrhythmias are caused bt both defects in occurence of stimulus and its transmission. Today, for these type heart discomfort, pacemakers are used for treatment. But these pacemaker are produced out of country. For this reason in this study a pacemaker is desing to sense and regulate the heart arrhythmias. Desing is realized at laboratory conditions of our country and desing is tested and simulated in computer environment.
