dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada Konya ilindeki tüketicilerin tüketim harcamaları incelenmiştir. Adese Alışveriş Merkezleri'nin 2008 ve 2009 yıllarına ait veri tabanı kullanılarak ampirik bir analiz yapılmıştır. 7 ürün grubu ve 6 gelir grubu için düzenlenen verilerin, analiz modellerinden En Küçük Kareler Yöntemi kullanılarak talep parametreleri tahmin edilmiştir. En Küçük Kareler Yöntemi, belli varsayımların sağlanması halinde, bağımlı ve bağımsız değişkenler arasındaki ortalama ilişkiyi gerçeğe en yakın şekilde tahmin eden yöntem olması nedeniyle tercih edilmiştir. Örnek düzleminde modele tüketim miktarı, harcama payı ve fiyat değişkenleri katılmış ve tahmin yapılmıştır. Modeldeki değişkenlerin birim kök testi için Augmented Dickey Fuller Test ve nedensellik ilişkisini ortaya koymak için Granger Causality Test uygulanmıştır. Analiz edilen malların her gelir düzeyi için fiyat ve harcama esneklikleri hesaplanmıştır. Harcama esnekliklerin işareti pozitif çıktığı için bütün mallar normal maldır. Bir mal için lüks mal ve zorunlu mal ayırımı her gelir düzeyinde farklılık göstermiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIt is surveyed the consumers expenses of consumption in Konya with this work. An emprical analysis has been done using the database concerning 2008 & 2009 of Adese Shopping Center. It has been guessed the request parametres using the Lowest Checkers Management from analysis types of the databases arranged for 7th product group and 6th income group. Least Square Method is prefered owing to the fact that it is the method that guesses the avarage relation between dependent and independent variables, in case of providing certain assumptions. It has been guessed thinking of consumption amount of model, expense portion and price variables at sample plate. It has been applied Augmented Dickey Fuller Test for unit base testing of variables in models and it has been applied the Granger Nedensellik Test to put forward caosality relation. It has been computed price and expense flexibilities for each income level of the analysed products. All the goods are normal as the expense flexibilities sign is positive. For a goods, the distinction between lüx good and essential goods, differs from each income level.en_US
