Özet
Televizyon haberi ya da haberciliği sürekli gelişen teknik imkânlar ve yeni keşiflerle birlikte gittikçe hız kazanan bir duruma gelmektedir. Bu hız içinde kendini geliştiremeyen, yeniliklere açık olamayan her unsur belki de ortadan kalkmaya mahkûm olacaktır. İşte bu gerçekten yola çıkılarak hazırlanan bu çalışma, genel teorik bilgileri, uygulamalar ile karşılaştırma fırsatı yaratmayı hedeflemiştir. Belirlenen TV haberi ölçütleri üzerinden gerçekleştirilen araştırma ile sayısallaştırılan verilerle sağlıklı sonuçlara ulaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Yapısı itibarıyla pek çok haber uygulamasına göre çok önemli farklılıkları içinde barındıran TV haberlerinin hem öne çıkan ölçütleri tanımlanmış, hem de bu ölçütlerin uygulama alanında ne kadar karşılık bulduğu tespit edilmiştir. TV haberciliğinin diğer habercilik alanlarından farkını ortaya koyması açısından önemli görülen bu çalışma, televizyon haberciliği ile ilgili olan herkese küçük de olsa bir katkı sağlayacaktır.
Television news or journalism has a winning situation with the ever-evolving technical possibilities and the increasing speed of new discoveries. Anything that cannot advance itself within this speed, and which is not open to innovations will be doomed to disappear. Therefore this study aims to create opportunity for the comparison of the general theoretical knowledge with practices. It is tried to obtain useful results with the digitized data carried out from the research by specified criteria of the TV. TV news has very significant differences according to its practice style among many other news features. In this study both the TV news criteria described, and how the application of these criteria is used in the field. This study is important by revealing the difference of TV journalism from other types of journalism and will contribute to anyone related with television journalism.
