| dc.description.abstract | Çalışmanın amacı Kemaliye bölgesinin bir destinasyon olarak görülmesi ve Toplum Temelli Turizmin destinasyon gelişimi ile arasındaki ilişkiyi irdelemek ve yerel halkın bu gelişimdeki rolünü incelemektir. Toplum temelli turizm, bir bölgedeki gelişimin toplum ekseninde olmasını, bölgedeki doğal, tarihi ve kültürel kaynakların korunmasını, sürdürülebilirliğin sağlanmasını ve kitle turizminin ortaya çıkarmakta olduğu olumsuz durumlardan korunmasını sağlamaktadır. Araştırma Yakınsayan paralel karma yöntem ile desteklenmiştir ve çalışmada hem nitel hem de nicel araştırma yöntemlerinin birlikte kullanıldığı karma yöntem tercih edilmiştir. Çalışmanın nicel kısmı tesadüfî olmayan örnekleme yöntemlerinden biri olan ''kolayda örnekleme metodu'' ile belirlenen 394 katılımcıdan oluşmaktadır. Çalışmanın nicel verilerini elde etmek için Aitlik Hissi, Yerel Otoritenin Katılım Gücü, Turizm Gelişimine Yönelik Tutum, Yerel Girişimciliğin Desteklenmesi ve Turizmde Yatırım Yapma Eğilimi olmak üzere beş alt ölçekten oluşan Toplum Temelli Turizm ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Veriler anket tekniği ile elde edilmiştir. Çalışmada kullanılan veriler ANOVA, Kruskal Wallis ve Student's t testi testleri ile analiz edilmiştir. Nitel kısımda ise tesadüfi olmayan örnekleme yöntemlerinden olan'' kartopu örnekleme yöntemi'' ile tespit edilen 15 katılımcı ile görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Nitel veriler ise MAXQDA 18 programı aracılığı ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre toplum temelli turizm destinasyon gelişimi üzerinde oldukça etkili olduğu bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of the study is to study Kemaliye continues as a destination and to guide the relationship between Based Tourism and the running of the destination Community and local people reveal their role in this development. Community-based tourism ensures that the development in a region is on the axis of the community, the protection of natural, historical and cultural resources in the region, ensuring sustainability and protection from the negative situations caused by mass tourism. The research was supported by the convergent parallel mixed method and the mixed method, in which both qualitative and quantitative research methods were used together, was preferred in the study. The quantitative part of the study consists of 394 participants determined by the "convenience sampling method", which is one of the non-random sampling methods. In order to obtain the quantitative data of the study, the Community Based Tourism scale, which consists of five sub-scales: Sense of Belonging, Participation Power of Local Authority, Attitude towards Tourism Development, Supporting Local Entrepreneurship and Tendency to Invest in Tourism was used. The data were obtained by the questionnaire technique. The data used in the study were analyzed with ANOVA, Kruskal Wallis and Student's t test. In the qualitative part, interviews were conducted with 15 participants who were determined by the "snowball sampling method", which is one of the non-random sampling methods. Qualitative data were analyzed with the MAXQDA 18 program. According to the results of the research, it has been found that community-based tourism is quite effective on destination development. | |
