Kuru Fasulyede (Phaseolus Vulgaris L.) Kimyasal Gübre ve Farklı Organik Gübrelerin Bazı Tarımsal Özellikler Üzerine Etkilerinin Belirlenmesi

Özet
Bu araştırma, 2021 yılında kimyasal gübre, bazı organik gübre ve kontrol uygulamalarının kuru
tane fasulye bitkisinin tane verimi ve bazı tarımsal özellikleri üzerine etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla
yürütülmüştür. Deneme Selçuk Üniversitesi, Ziraat Fakültesi Prof. Dr. Abdülkadir AKÇİN Araştırma ve
Uygulama İstasyonu ait olan deneme tarlasında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Denemede materyal olarak
melezleme yoluyla geliştirilen PVÖ2101, PVC2101, PVA2101 ve PVG2101 fasulye saf hatlarının
kullanıldığı çalışmada; tane verimi, bazı tarımsal özellikler ve protein oranı tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan bu
çalışmada kimyasal gübre, bazı organik gübre uygulamaların fasulyede incelenen diğer tüm özellikler
üzerine etkilerinin istatistiki anlamda önemli olduğu belirlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda fasulye de bitki
boyu 49.81 cm (kontrol) ile 66.78 cm (kimyasal gübre), bakla sayısı 13.70 adet/bitki (kontrol) ile 26.78
adet/bitki (kimyasal gübre), bitkide tane sayısı 53.08 adet (kontrol) ile 108.45 adet (kimyasal gübre), tane
verimi 112.07 kg/da (kontrol) ile 353.52 kg/da (kimyasal gübre), yüz tane ağırlığı 34.62 g (kontrol) ile
41.46 g (inek gübresi) ve protein oranı % 26.09 (inek gübresi) ile % 29 (koyun gübresi) arasında değişim
gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmada kullanılan fasulye hatlarının kimyasal gübre, bazı organik gübre
uygulamalarına tepkileri farklılıklar göstermiştir. Sonuç olarak tek yıllık bu araştırmada elde edilen
sonuçlar incelendiğinde inek ve koyun gübresinin organik fasulye yetiştiriciliğinde kullanılabileceği
ortaya konulmuştur.
This research was conducted to determine the effects of chemical fertilizers, some organic fertilizers and control applications on grain yield and some agricultural characteristics of dry beans in 2021. The trial was carried out in the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Selçuk more precisely in the research and application station of Prof. Dr. Abdülkadir AKÇİN. In the study, pure bean lines PVÖ2101, PVC2101, PVA2101 and PVG2101 developed by hybridization were used as materials in the experiment. Then the grain yield, some agricultural characteristics and the protein rate were determined. In this study, it was determined that the effects of chemical fertilizers and some organic fertilizer applications on all other traits examined were found to be statistically significant. As a result of the research, it was determined that the height of the bean plant ranged between 49.81 cm (control) and 66.78 cm (chemical fertilizer), the number of pods per plant changed between 13.70 (control) and 26.78 per plant (chemical fertilizer), the number of seeds per plant was 53.08 (control) and 108.45 (chemical fertilizer), the grain yield changed between 112.07 kg da-1 (control) and 353.52 kg da-1 (fertilizer chemical), the weight of 100 g of the grains ranged between 34.62 g (control) and 41.46 g (cow manure) and the protein content varies between 26.09% (cow manure) and 29% (sheep manure). The reactions of the bean lines used in the study to chemical fertilizers and some organic fertilizer applications showed differences. As a result, when the results obtained in this one-year study were reviewed, it was revealed that cow and sheep manure could be used in the organic cultivation of beans.
