Özet
Dünya tarihinin hem siyasi hem medeniyet olarak en büyük imparatorluklarından biri olan Osmanlı İmparatorluğu gittiği her yerde büyük eserler bırakmıştır. Orta Avrupa'dan Balkanlar'a Anadolu'dan Arabistan'a kadar uzanan geniş bir coğrafyada Osmanlı Medeniyetinin parmak izlerini bulmak mümkündür. Bu büyük medeniyetin hadis ilmine hizmet ettiği yerlerden birisi de Makedonya olmuştur. Makedonya'ya hadis ilminin ilk girişi bölgenin Müslüman olmaya başlamasıyla eş zamanlı olarak ortaya çıkmıştır. Bölge onların elinde Müslümanlaşmıştır. Taşköprülüzade'nin Üsküp'e gelerek hadis ilminin temellerini atan ilk kişilerden biri olduğunun söyleyebiliriz. Osmanlı Devletinde dini eğitim sisteminde Kur'an ve hadis öğretimine daha özel bir yer verilmiştir. Dahası sadece bunun için müstakil medreseler dahi bina edilmiştir. Bunlar Daru'l-kurrâ ve Dâru'l-hadîs diye isimlendirilmiştir. Osmanlı medeniyeti her şeyden önce bir İslam ve vakıf medeniyetidir. Araştırmamızda görebildiğimiz kadarıyla eserlerin çoğu da vakıf eserleridir. Birçok zengin Paşa ya da diğer devlet adamları Osmanlı ülkesinin her yerinde olduğu gibi bu topraklarda da kitaplar vakfetmişler ve birçok anıtsal eserler inşa ettirmişlerdir. Böylece Osmanlı devletinin hakim olduğu bu bölgede müstakil hadis medreseleri yaygınlaşmıştır. Ancak bu topraklardan Osmanlı'nın geri çekilmesiyle birlikte bölge Müslümanlarının felaket günleri de başlamıştır. Bölgede Osmanlının bıraktığı her türlü iz/eser hunharca silinmeye çalışılmıştır. İnsanlık mirasına karşı her türlü muamele reva görülmüştür. İslam'ın her türlü kültürel mirası yok edilmek istenmiş ve bundan da en çok nasibini dini kitaplar almıştır. Kitapların bulunduğu yerler ve kütüphaneler zaman zaman bilinçli olarak yakılarak yok edilmiştir. Bugün çok şükür onca badirelere rağmen, küçümsenmeyecek miktarda ecdâd yadigarı eserler günümüze ulaşmayı başarabilmiştir. Türkiye'nin İslami ilimler alanında katettiği devasa birikim, geçmişte olduğu gibi bugün de yeniden bölgeye transfer edilmelidir. Anayurt Türkiye'de gerek akademik alanda gerekse halkın anlayabileceği düzeyde tüm İslam ilimleri alanında pek çok kitap ve makale yayınlanmıştır. Bu müktesabattan sadece Balkanların değil diğer ülkelerin de alacağı çok şey vardır. Bu sebeple bizlerin Türkçe'den çevirmesi gereken bir çok çalışma bulunmaktadır.
In the history of world, Ottoman Empire that among the main empires, has inheritanced many traces which has gone to the in every places. From Central Europe to Balkan States, stretch from Anatolia to Arabia, ıt is easy to find the evidence belonging to Ottoman State. Macedonia is one of the center among Ottoman State that educated many Hadith ulama. Occurring the Hadith in Macedonia, it has seen by becoming of Muslim in this region. The region has been converted to Islam by the Ottomans. Among the examples of these, Taskopruluzade had come from Skopje and had been instructed in Istanbul. Religious Education at Ottoman State, Qur?an and Hadith took very important place. Moreover, We known that they established many madrasa for his way. These called as ?Daru?l-kurra? and ?Daru?l-hadis?. Ottoman state is mainly focus on the foundation (Waqfs) and Islamic institution. As it has occurred every part of state, many wealthy people, such as pasha and vezir, donated many buildings and books for this institutions. So the region which belonged to the state, there built many madrasa and educational places. However, when the ottomans came back from this territory, Muslims felt disorder in this region. And the remnant of the ottomans has been destroyed by the local people and government. Finally, the great experience, on Islamic area of Turkey must be transferred to this territory.
