Rehberlik ve psikolojik danışmanlık alanının geleceği: Delphi analizi çalışması

Özet
Ülkemizde 70 yıla yakın geçmişi olan rehberlik ve psikolojik danışma, son yıllarda büyük aşamalar kaydetmiştir. Ancak unvan sorunu, mesleki kimlik, bölüm olamama, ruh sağlığı yasasının olmaması gibi konularda çeşitli sorunlar yaşanmaktadır. Bu araştırmanın amacı, Türkiye'de RPD alanındaki sorunlar ve alanın geleceğinin alan uzmanlarının görüşleri çerçevesinde incelenerek tahminlerde bulunulmasıdır. Araştırmada Delphi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Türkiye genelinde görev yapan ve e-posta ile iletişime geçilen 42 katılımcıdan ulaşılabilen ve araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 17 kadın, 12 erkek toplam 29 katılımcı (alan uzmanı) araştırmanın çalışma grubunu oluşturmaktadır. Yapılan Delphi çalışmasında nitel-nicel analiz aşamaları gerçekleştirilerek 3 aşamada tamamlanmıştır. 1. aşamada RPD alanının niteliğine yönelik görüşlerini ortaya çıkarmak amacıyla 5 açık uçlu soru sorulmuştur. İçerik analizi yapılarak ''RPD lisans/lisansüstü programların niteliği", "RPD alanındaki sorunlar" ve "RPD alanının niteliğindeki değişimler" olmak üzere 3 tema belirlenmiştir. Bu temalar altında toplam 27 kod ortaya çıkarılmıştır. 2. aşamada bu kodlar ile 7'li likert tipi anket oluşturulmuştur. Oluşturulan anket katılımcılara gönderilerek her bir ifadeyi 1 – 7 arasında değerlendirmeleri istenmiştir. 3. aşamada ise bu maddeler katılımcılara tekrar gönderilerek uzmanların bu maddeleri yeniden değerlendirmeleri istenmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda ortaya çıkan seçenekleri ortalamalarına göre sıralayıp RPD alanının sorunları ve gelecekteki konumuyla ilgili çıkarımlarda bulunulmuştur. Araştırmanın sonucunda ortaya çıkan temalara göre; mezun sayısının hızlı bir şekilde artması ile istihdam alanındaki sorunlar, TTK9 kararının değiştirilmesi ve çevrimiçi danışmanlığın yaygınlaşmaya başlaması en belirgin sonuçlardandır.
Guidance and psychological counseling, which has a history of nearly 70 years in our country, has made great strides in recent years. However, there are various problems such as title problem, professional identity, not being a department, lack of mental health law. The aim of this research is to make predictions by examining the problems in the field of RPD in Turkey and the future of the field within the framework of the opinions of field experts. Delphi method was used in the research. The study group of the research consists of a total of 29 participants (field experts), 17 women and 12 men, who can be reached from 42 participants who work throughout Turkey and can be contacted by e-mail. In the Delphi study, qualitative-quantitative analysis stages were carried out and completed in 3 stages.1. At this stage, 5 open-ended questions were asked in order to reveal their views on the quality of the RPD field. By conducting content analysis, 3 themes were determined, namely "Quality of RPD undergraduate/graduate programs", "Problems in the field of RPD" and "Changes in the quality of RPD field". A total of 27 codes were revealed under these themes. In the second stage, a 7-point Likert type questionnaire was created with these codes. The created questionnaire was sent to the participants and they were asked to evaluate each statement between 1 and 7. In the third stage, these items were sent back to the participants and the experts were asked to re-evaluate these items. The options that emerged as a result of the research were ranked according to their averages and inferences were made about the problems and future position of the RPD field. According to the themes that emerged as a result of the research; The rapid increase in the number of graduates, the problems in the field of employment, the change of the TTK9 decision and the spread of online consultancy are among the most obvious results.
