| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırma ilköğretim okullarında II. kademe sanat eğitiminde motivasyonun etkisini ve motivasyonu olumsuz yönde etkileyen öğrenci-öğretmen-veli ve idareci ilişkileri, fiziki şartlar, sosyal ve ekonomik farklılıklar gibi sebepler tespit edilerek eğitimin en stratejik unsuru olan sanat eğitimcilerinin daha iyi koşullarda daha istekli olarak çalışmalarını sağlamak, öğrencilerin ders içi motivasyonlarını arttırmak için neler yapılabileceğini aktarmak amacı ile yapılmıştır. nsanın yetişmesinde kişiliğinin olumlu yönde gelişebilmesinde önemli bir yere sahip olan sanat eğitimi derslerinde karşılaşılan problemleri görmek amacıyla ekonomik, sosyal ve kültürel yapıda farklı iki okul dört hafta boyunca bir ders saatinde (40 dk.) gözlemlenmiş, farklılıkların öğretmen ve öğrenci üzerindeki etkileri incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Gözlemler öğretmenlerle ve öğrencilerle yapılan görüşmelerle desteklenmiştir. Elde edilen veriler doğrultusunda bulgular ve yorumlar kısmı oluşturulmuştur. Çağdaş bir eğitim için genel öğretimin en önemli öğelerinden biri olan sanat eğitimi ve eğitimcilerinin karşılaştıkları problemleri tespit etmek, ortadan kaldırmak ve eğitimi çağdaş standartlara ulaştırmak gerekmektedir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This research is aimed at, ensuring art educators, the most strategic element of education to work more willing in better conditions and conveying what can be done for increasing in-class motivation of students by determining the reasons, e.g. economic student-teacher-parents and manager relatinonships, physical conditions, social and economic differences, that have negative effect on the impact of motivation and motivation itself in the level 11 art education in primary schools. Two schools in different economic, social and cultural structure are observed in one lecture hour (40 min.) throughout 4 weeks to find out the problems faced in art lectures that have a great importance for a positive improvement of human growth. The observations made are supported by talks with teachers and students. The part of findings and interpretations is formed according to data obtained. For a modem education, it is required to determine and eliminate the problems faced by art education and educators which are one of the basic elements of the basic elements of the general education and to reach the education contemporary standards. | en_US |
