Özet
İnsanoğlunun tarih boyunca karşı karşıya kaldığı çevresel felaketlerin en büyüğü olarak kabul edilen küresel ısınma son yıllarda etkisini daha fazla hissettirmeye başlamış ve tüm insanlığı tehdit eder hale gelmiştir. Bu sorunla mücadelede herkese olduğu gibi, üretirken doğal kaynakları kullanan ve insan ihtiyaçlarını karşılama amacıyla kurulan işletmelere de büyük sorumluluk düşmektedir. Bu çalışmada daha az kaynak kullanarak, daha fazla çıktı elde etmeyi mümkün kılan eko-verimlilik kavramı irdelenmiş ve bu bağlamda hayata geçirilen ve hem çevresel, hem de ekonomik olarak başarılı şekilde sonuçlanan örnek uygulamalar ışığında, eko-verimlilik uygulamalarının örgütsel performansın sürdürülebilir kılınmasına olan katkıları resmedilmeye çalışılmıştır.
Global warming, as agreed the greatest environmental diaster that the humanity faces to throught out the history, started to show its effects deeply and threaten the whole humanity in recent years. To struggle with this problem business entreprises utilize natural resources and based upon the aim of answering the needs of humans hold great responsibilities as everybody does. Here in this study, eco-efficiency concept, that enables getting more output with less natural resources, is scrutinized and in the light of some sample implementations taken into Action in this context and resulted sucessfully both environmetally and economically, it is tried to be given the contributions of eco-efficieny implementations to sustain the organisational performance.
